The guy who seems as far as I can tell to be the only employee, said he wasn't sure he was allowed to discuss that with me and had to have his manager call me. It was a huge red flag because all pest control people who are licensed should know that they are required by law to not only tell you what chemicals they use, but show you the labels of their chemicals as well as their license number before providing a service. A quick Google search and Yelp search rendered that Prodigy Pest Solutions was the way forward. Unfortunately for me, this discovery of mine occurred on the evening of July 3rd, so it took me a while to get someone out to take care of it, but Prodigy came as quick as they could. They also said that bald-faced hornets were some of the more aggressive hornets out there, so to be careful around them. Given everything, it was a terrific service. Decent value for what they do. Killed all the hornets. Said they'd sort it out if they didn't. I'd happily use Prodigy again!
