Mine was provided to an absent minded member of my building's management who didn't think it was necessary to provide me the courtesy of the information. Unlike PSCo Philly, Evans Pest Control is very systematic, and thorough. I had Ryan, again, performing my exterminating services. Ryan is a consummate professional and takes pride in his work. On the date of his follow up, Ryan from Evans Pest Control had multiple units to tend to in my building, run by an inept Property Manager, and careless management from PSCo Philly and MM Partners, where roach infestation, and bed bugs are problematic, but ignored, unless tenants are vigilant. If only they were as caring and took pride in their work like the head of maintenance. Make sure, if you live in a residential building, that you're provided a Bed Bug Plan to review, prior to signing a Lease, and informed if prior infestations within the last 120, as the City of Philadelphia provides in Section 9-4802. PSCo Philly elects to operate without following laws, and breaches their contractual obligations often. If your landlord has not provide you a bed bug plan and/or notice of an infestation, you can terminate your lease- see the remedies under section 9-4802. Evans is phenomenal, and highly recommended.

A quick Google search and Yelp search rendered that Prodigy Pest Solutions was the way forward. Unfortunately for me, this discovery of mine occurred on the evening of July 3rd, so it took me a while to get someone out to take care of it, but Prodigy came as quick as they could. They also said that bald-faced hornets were some of the more aggressive hornets out there, so to be careful around them. Given everything, it was a terrific service. Decent value for what they do. Killed all the hornets. Said they'd sort it out if they didn't. I'd happily use Prodigy again!

Family owned business. You can set up a one time visit. Quarterly visits or monthly visits. Lately I discovered a swarm of bees under my siding. I called and spoke to Terry and she got in touch with Tom, her husband, immediately. He was out that same day and took care of my problem. It was the day before his vacation but he knew how urgent this was and found the time for us. We had another situation with a squirrel in our roof. Tom brought out traps. Figured out how the squirrel was getting in. He has saved us from so many unpleasant situations with pests and insects. Tom uses natural pesticides and has respect for my home. If he doesn't see the need to spray inside he only treats the outside. I highly recommend Terry and Tom. On a side note. My daughter had termites. She got estimates from the major termite companies.
