I really appreciate all the options of application frequency with different costs and we get to chose what works best for us. We were really happy with the cost and value we get from it. After having them come out twice and still not seeing any results, over a period of 5 months - I came across this place. A nice and very knowledgeable man by the name of Kevin came out to inspect my house. He then spent the next hour and a half THOROUGHLY searching and sealing possible entries and exits for critters. He educated me and my husband on what to look out for, and asked questions so he could understand exactly how the mice were traveling in our home. That was in January. It is now the end of April and we haven't seen any mice or evidence of them since! I am finally able to move freely in my house again without worrying about those nasty pests running across my path. They provide a time window the day prior to coming to your home or business. Mine was provided to an absent minded member of my building's management who didn't think it was necessary to provide me the courtesy of the information. Unlike PSCo Philly, Evans Pest Control is very systematic, and thorough. I had Ryan, again, performing my exterminating services. Ryan is a consummate professional and takes pride in his work. On the date of his follow up, Ryan from Evans Pest Control had multiple units to tend to in my building, run by an inept Property Manager, and careless management from PSCo Philly and MM Partners, where roach infestation, and bed bugs are problematic, but ignored, unless tenants are vigilant. If only they were as caring and took pride in their work like the head of maintenance. Make sure, if you live in a residential building, that you're provided a Bed Bug Plan to review, prior to signing a Lease, and informed if prior infestations within the last 120, as the City of Philadelphia provides in Section 9-4802. PSCo Philly elects to operate without following laws, and breaches their contractual obligations often. If your landlord has not provide you a bed bug plan and/or notice of an infestation, you can terminate your lease- see the remedies under section 9-4802. Evans is phenomenal, and highly recommended.

Orkin has been excellent in servicing our 200-year-old Center City row home. When we moved in,…read morethere were mice and roaches. After their first visit, we started to see improvement within a few weeks, and it took about two months for the issues to be largely under control. Persistent treatment, exclusion work, and ongoing maintenance have brought those issues largely under control. What impressed me most was the process. This was not a one-time spray-and-go service. They conducted a thorough assessment of the property, documented issues, developed a treatment plan, and then followed through with regular maintenance visits. That structure matters because pest control in an old urban building takes consistency over time. Special thanks to Michael, who led the work and communicated exceptionally throughout. I also appreciate that the service runs on a regular schedule, so they show up proactively, and I don't have to constantly book appointments. The technicians have been consistently professional and thorough. They leave, set glue traps, refill bait boxes, and pay attention to detail. It feels like comprehensive service, not the minimum. Their digital communication platform is also very effective, and rescheduling is easy when needed. For context, our management company used a different pest control vendor before Orkin, and the difference in quality has been significant. Orkin's approach has been far more thoughtful and consistent. One thing that has especially mattered to us is child safety. We have newborn twins and a young daughter, and the team has always been careful to discuss treatment options and ensure everything is handled with safety in mind. Living in an old city building, we expect some pest pressure to come with the territory, but Orkin has helped get our home to a place that feels sanitary, well-managed, and under control. From my perspective, the service has been a very good value, and I would highly recommend Orkin.
