I needed a termite inspection for my FHA loan to be approved and wanted a local company to come out. Pest Control Solutions came literally the day after I called, less than 24 hours later. Ed was awesome, honest, trustworthy, and thorough. HIGHLY recommend! read more

I had a very bad bedbug problem. I called Ed on a Thursday afternoon and he arrived promptly on Friday morning. After diagnosing the severity of the problem, he began immediate treatment, which included helping me to obtain furniture covers for a sofa, loveseat, recliner and bedding. Ed also helped me with covering and placing a box spring from the second floor into the yard, until I could make arrangements to safely dispose of it. Ed's professionalism, attention to detail and customer care is simply outstanding, and at a great price! He has already made one follow-up visit, and the plan he recommended from the first visit is helping me to keep this problem under control. I heartily recommend Ed and his team at Pest Control Solutions for all of your extermination needs! read more

For several weeks me and my wife and my kids are being bitten badly. We did not know what it was what was going on in our house. We thought we had bedbugs. Had one company come out tell us we had a bedbug infestation. They showed us a bedbug they had in the bag we were about to go ahead and get treatment, but we noticed our cats were scratching real bad. So we Called another company out and they said most likely we have bedbugs. We didn't say anything about the cats scratching they didn't even inspect. They just said yes you have bed bugs. They were looking at the marks on our arms.. we said we're gonna call one more company. We called Pest Control solutions. Eddie came out with another individual with him and the first thing they did when they came in the house. They just listened to us. They didn't say anything at all they were just listening to us for about maybe 15 minutes 20 minutes real quiet and then they sort of ask us questions. Could they inspect the bedrooms they did inspections and they said they could not find any evidence of bedbugs. They looked at our arms and asked us. Did we have any animals. Have you seen any other insects and we said no and we said we noticed the cats were scratching a lot. He checked our cats and the cats had fleas and he said I believe you don't you have a bedbug issue here you don't have bedbugs so we got the cats treated and they treated for fleas. Thank God. They did the treatment for fleas. This guy was amazing. Just cannot believe it and reasonable at that did not want any money upfront for spending all the time with us trying to help us solve a problem. I highly recommend this company.. read more

"eddie" is amazing.... i was referred to him after asking for recommendations from my friends on facebook. he came out the same day, assessed the problem, and treated it accordingly. He was professional, personable, and the price was very reasonable as well. He also recommended follow up scenarios and stayed in touch afterwards to make sure everything was ok. I will definitely be using his services on an " as needed" basis in the future, and highly recommend him to anyone in need of "pest control". and YES my problem has been solved since using his services... ( thank goodness LOL) read more

I highly recommend this company. The guy was very very polite. He calm me and my wife down. We were very very upset. He assured us that he could handle the situation which he did very very nice in a manly, timely fashion. Did the initial service came back out two more times for follow up service to make sure everything was OK. I don't know what to say in the price he was so much lower than everybody else we just cannot believe it other companies want it $800-$1300 for an efficiency apartment and he was well below that it was knowledge left us with paperwork so we understand what's going on. I just like I said highly recommend this company 10 stars.. thank you very much Eddie for helping us out. read more

Ed was amazing. He was professional and prompt. He treated my home for termites immediately. I would definitely recommend his services. All paperwork was completed and receipts were given. read more

I called Ed on a Sunday with a squirrel in the basement and he came out in less than 2 hours. Ed was super nice, calm and professional. He humanely trapped the squirrel and took him away. Price was very reasonable, highly recommend them. Thanks Ed! read more

Eddie was super responsive and was able to accommodate and remediate our roach pest issue quickly. He was knowledgeable and was able to point out what/where the exact issue was. He made us aware of it's severity and the steps needed to quickly get rid of this issue. Also made recommendations on how to handle these issues in the future and just within a week we are seeing great results and no close to roaches now. Highly highly recommend! read more

I have used pest control solutions and they came through when other companies wouldn't. The first time I used them was for a bird stuck in the basement which they got out easily when other pest control companies wouldn't even come out. They also helped removed a wasp nest the very next day after I called. Thanks for always showing up so quickly and professionally! read more

We had such a great experience today with Ed, if I could give 10 stars, I would! Our rental property has been having an issue with mice and rats over the past month or so. We've tried everything we could do as property owners and needed a professional to step in. I'm so happy I called Ed, he was able to meet my tenant and I the next morning. He was on time, professional, and extremely patient with my volatile and rude tenant. Ed calmly explained exactly why and how the rodents were getting in and exactly how we needed to approach the situation to get rid of them. I will definitely be calling him again if we need help in the future! read more

Let me start by saying Ed has been my Exterminator for many years now and has been wonderful. I recently had issues at my home, which I have never encountered before with the panic and the emotional breakdown I had, Ed was wonderful he was very patient, kind and sensitive to my needs with what I thought was a tragedy. I highly Recommended him and I have given him many jobs who I was told were also very pleased with the service. I want to give him a 5X's, 5-STAR rating and then some, he's great worker and a wonderful person. Ed, you are a blessing in disguise and I am very thankful for your service, your family is very lucky. Stay safe Buddy and my god bless you and your family every day. I am pleased to call him a friend as well. FYI-- he loves peanut M&M's LOL read more

So far so good! Had an absolutely mortifying situation on Christmas Day where my boyfriend and I discovered two living bedbugs in our couch. We immediately called around but no one was available to answer our desperate calls. Finally, we stumbled upon Ed's company and he was very eager to help (despite the holidays). Him and Margaret came out the very next morning and sprayed everything down. The quote was honest and fair, and nearly a month and two follow up visits later, we haven't seen any further signs of bedbugs. They gave us useful advice on how to prevent the situation from reoccurring, and talked us through all of our panic. Thanks guys! I can finally live in my house in peace again. read more

Best exterminator experience we've ever had. We called about fleas and they came over within two hours same day (amazing). The gentleman listened to our concerns and clearly explained to us what he was going to do as well as steps to take after the treatment to ensure the fleas would stay gone. He said we may need a second round of spraying (we didn't). Can't recommend them enough. read more

Excellent response to my call. Ed made a thorough inspection for the source of some bites we were getting. He ruled out evidence of bed bugs, suggested that it may be fleas, and quoted a fair price for treatment. I would call them again. read more

I called about some bites I had gotten after staying away from home for a little while. They came right away (even though they were technically closed) and really thoroughly inspected my apartment. They were honest with me and not trying to just sell me a spray treatment immediately. I didn't even end up needing one! Most reasonable price I have found and definitely the fastest response. I will call if I ever need them again. read more

Definitely recommend! This place is timely, professional, and thorough! I called on Friday for a squirrel in my apartment and Ed came on Saturday. He thoroughly checked my small apartment for every crack, crevice and hiding spot in an attempt to find the critter. Finally, he put down a humane trap. If I ever need the job done again, I would call Pest Control Solutions. read more

Hey I am Charlie and I just got service at my home but I also feel like I gained a friend today

Pest Control Solutions has been such a lifesaver! My roommates and I had a panic attack about bed bugs in our home, so we called Pest Solutions and they came to investigate the house the very same day! Ed came by and has been nothing but helpful and reassuring. He has come back for check ups in our home (and adhered to our crazy work schedules) and has done an amazingly thorough job of fixing our problem, even helping us to get rid of some ants in our kitchen! Another nice touch of their services is that the van they use to bring equipment for treatment isn't marked with "EXTERMINATORS" or a company logo, so you don't need to worry about attracting unwanted attention/concern from your neighbors. I'm happy to say that we have no more bed bugs and we are once again sleeping soundly. read more

I started hearing squirrels in my roof right before Christmas. I called in the afternoon on December 23, and Ed came out the next day to put out some repellant and set a trap. When the trap caught a squirrel later that day, he came back out to retrieve it after his last job. Since I was still hearing squirrels after Christmas, he set more traps until the roofer could come out and fix the hole. He was very professional and also incredibly responsive, coming back quickly when the squirrels were caught. He even followed up with a phone call a few days after the roofer came out to make sure the squirrels were gone. Definitely recommend. read more

I called Pest Control Solutions after suffering for a year with bed bugs and trying every known home remedy out there. The Yelp reviews were almost all positive, so I just had to give them a try. So glad I did. On the initial phone call, they gave us specific instructions to prep for their visit, which we followed. They came out on time, took a thorough look at my problem areas (we had a particular nasty infestation), and explained exactly what they were using to tackle the problem. They also gave us new bed covers in order to trap any bed bugs inside the mattresses, Ed and Margaret were most helpful, and they followed up with a few more visits to make sure we were bed bug free. One visit and we haven't seen a bug since! if you have bed bugs, these guys are highly recommended! read more

A tremendous thank you to Ed and Margaret for helping us with our clothes moth and carpet beetle situation. They were friendly, professional, speedy, and knowledgeable, dispelling any wonky notions we had and giving us the facts. We've been in the clear for two weeks now, but I wouldn't hesitate to call should we encounter any stragglers. Ed was very easy to talk to, very informative, and overall just so very pleasant to work with. THANKS! read more

Highly recommend! Ed has taken care of an ant problem at my house twice now. Very knowledgable, professional, and very fast (same day) service. He takes his time setting out bait and spraying, making sure he's gotten all the possible areas the ants could be coming in. We will always use Pest Control Solutions when needed! read more

I was SURE I had bed bugs in June. I was getting bit, and we tore our apartment apart looking for them. We thought we found one, and called Pest Control Solutions. Eddie came over, and we didn't have them! I had read some weird reviews about pest control companies either not working, or treating apartments that didn't have bugs. Pest Control Solutions had great reviews--which was why I picked them-- but I had to add another. Eddie is professional, responsive, quick-- basically top notch. If you are worried about pests, call this place. (we ended up having dust mites, and Eddie helped us figure that out.) read more

This company is amazing. I returned from a work trip and had bites for several days after. I thought I picked up bed bugs from the hotel on my trip. I called several companies to come out but no one was available right away. However, when I called Pest Control Solutions, the guy was very nice and said he was around the corner and would be right over. He fully inspected my house and it turns out I didn't have bed bugs, but I did have fleas. My dog had been in a kennel while I was away and must have picked them up while he was there. I found the guy to be knowledgeable and thorough. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family. read more

Nathan Lang is amazing! We have been having a terrible problem with mice in the basement. After using several different exterminators, he was the only one who took the time and trouble to thoroughly investigate and come up with results. He is always on time, courteous and more than willing to go the extra mile!! Nothing is too much trouble. read more

Had a mouse that I saw scamper across my floor so I called Pest Control Solutions. Eddie picked up the phone, listened to my problem, and gave me a very fair price. He arrived at my apartment no more than 25 minutes later. He addressed the spots where the mouse may have entered the apartment and set up a bunch of traps and bait to catch any mice trying to enter. He was very professional and courteous throughout the process. I would suggest this service to anyone with a mouse issue. Thanks for the help, Eddie! read more

This is such a great company! Ed has come twice now to check out my place after I have gotten bitten while sleeping. While some companies would take advantage of the fact that I have bites and say that I have bed bugs, Ed was completely honest about the fact that there was not anything there after a thorough investigation. I would highly recommend them for their honesty! read more

Ed and his co worker were very nice. However I have the same problem since they were here and nothing was done. He told me I probably had a bird on top of my dropped ceiling in the kitchen. It will just die. Oh so I paid $85.00 for him to do nothing but look in my yard. He made no attempt to remove any of the tiles to check out above the drop ceiling. He did not want to make anything dusty. $85.00 for five minutes. Wow that is good money. If I need pest control again I guess I could just do it myself. Unless of course their bugs. Then maybe I will have better results. read more

Had a wasp nest removed- The job was completed only a few hours after my initial call. Timely, friendly and professional. Would recommend.

Called and reached Ed directly. He took his time listening to my bed bug woes, and also explained his treatment plans thoroughly. Ed & Margaret came over in less than a days notice for my initial treatment. I have not seen a bed bug since my initial treatment. Ed includes 3 follow-up visits with the initial treatment. Overall, I am at peace in my home again. I would highly recommend their services to anyone. read more
