Javan came right away upon one phone call to address an ant infestation we'd been trying to treat on our own with bait. Wasn't working. He was knowledgeable, thorough and polite. And the treatment was immediately effective. Thank you, Javan! read more

My daughter was hearing some critters scurrying around in the ceiling of her upstairs rooms. She says it was mostly in the morning. I was trying to help her find an exterminator to help. I decided to look on Yelp, because they have helped me find contractors before. I chose Pest Medics because they responded within a hour. They also (responding through text) told me their range of pricing and could come out the next day. I'm assuming Javan is the owner of the company. Him and another worker came within their window of time. They were very cordial to us as they entered. They listened to my daughter explain the issues she was having. They walked through the house (inside and out) inspecting where the critters could be coming in and out of. They finally found one of the entry points near the roof. They explained about the one way gate like thing they put up to let (we think it was squirrels) out, but could not get back in. My daughter was impressed that there was not cruelty to the animals. She just wanted them out of her house. All in all, it took the a total of 45 minutes to complete the job. Not mentioning the price, they charged the top of the range they gave her. There was no paperwork to show what was done. Just a receipt for the job (on her phone) and a 30 day verbal guarantee for the work they had done. This is were the stars started coming off!! About a week had passed and my daughter was still hearing squirrels in the roof. She called Javan and company to come back out because the problem was still there. They made a appointment to come back two days later with a no show and no call. My daughter call them within a half hour left within that window of time they were suppose to have come out. Javan telling her he got tied up with another job and could they reschedule. He knew he was tied up before that phone call. It is to easy to text or call someone. That is so rude, to waste someone's time....looking for you to come. They did reschedule though. The same thing happened again, only this time he called her when there was only a half hour left with in his scheduled window, saying he needed to reschedule. At this point we felt he had her money, so she goes on the back burner. After a few harsh words, he followed up and showed up soon after. They reinspected her property, sealed in some additional entery points. Later, came back to get their cage and seal in the entry points in the roof. Seems like the problem is solved. I don't like giving bad reviews, but they wasted her time twice. They didn't do a bad job, just be warned if you decided to go with Pest Medics. read more

After watching my ring camera at 2am due to a motion in the basement alert, I saw a raccoon was the culprit for my pantry items being eaten. I looked at yelp to find someone to come rehome the animal. By 6am, I had a response from Pest Medics offering their availability and an estimate of costs. Pest Medics is absolutely amazing and was so easy to work with! Javan and his team are the ultimate professionals at rehoming our "Rocket" in record time. He's even willing to come back into my circa 1826, scary basement to find and seal off the way in of any future animals. The cost is fair and the service provided superb! I cannot recommend them enough! read more

He accommodated me and my bedbugs are gone. He was sensitive to my needs. He also educated me on how to prevent future bedbugs.

Javan was great. He came out the day I opened my issue to take care of a yellow jackets nest we discovered on return from our vacation. He arrive at the time discussed and spent about 30 minutes addressing the issue. He told me it would take 2-3 days for the nest to be dead. As of now, 3 days later the problem has been addressed completely and there is no more activity. I would absolutely recommend for quick and friendly service. read more

Not only is Javon's response not correct on several points, but he absolutely did not ask to go to use my bathroom. I just had a plumbing issue in my house and that bathroom was not supposed to be used and he was in there for like 15 minutes and I called him seven times and texted him and he didn't respond so all other issues aside this company stinks and he is the company. read more

The owners were helpful in getting squirrels out of the attic for a reasonable fee. Also sealed the hole to keep them from returning.

Prompt, courteous, and thorough. Found a mouse in our condo and Javan was able to come out the very next day. Mouse is gone and all the little holes and cracks where more mice could possibly enter have been sealed off. Recommended! read more

Javan responded to my inquiry quickly and arrived on time the next day! The work completed was professional and cost effective! Everyone else wanted to charge $600 & up to remove squirrels and/or birds, but mine actually ran out once he sprayed! He definitely beats everyone price! Javan was great. He was very prompt in responding to our inquiry and came out quickly. We had squirrels living in our attic. Our building is 4-stories and we talked to over 5 pest controls. Most of them declined the job because of building height and all have long wait time for service. Javan offered to come out the next day and he was able to remove the squirrels quickly. Also, his price is very reasonable. Highly recommend! read more

I came home to a terrible fly problem on Tuesday night. Pest Medics was there Wednesday afternoon. Came in, located the source and treated the areas that needed to be treated to get rid of the swarm. I was out of mind with the stress and he came in, told me not to worry, he would handle it . Sprayed, non toxic , no big mess , except all the dead flies . Next day i texted him because i still had concerns. He answered promptly, told me again what to expect. Huge problem gone !I will not hesitate to call him again. Forget about the big companies .i tried calling and no one bothered to call me back. He was prompt, professional, efficient, and stands by his work. His pricing was affordable and fair. It felt good to support a small business owner, who did an awesome job . I wouldn't hesitate to call again . read more

Amazing. Javan responded immediately and came the same day. His quote was under the other three I contacted who also wanted to do an "inspection" first which would not be included in the final quote (and let's be honest is a bug inspection ever going to say "no you don't have bugs"?). He was a nice guy, amicable, friendly, good sense of humor, and definitely took his time hitting every little detail. Would deal again. Highly recommend. Called all the big names first and they would take longer and wouldn't give me straightforward answers over the phone about times, plans or final cost. Javan did. read more

Showed up with less than professional equipment for the price of the quote agreed upon. They we supposed to treat for all insects in the front back and side of the property, within a week we had ants everywhere. After letting them know, nothing has happened. There is supposed to be a warranty on their work. But I ended up having to treat the house again on my own due to the amount of ants! The price was $275 I asked about the quality of the spray he was using because it looked like the same thing you could buy off the shelves at Walmart, he assured me that it was industrial however he didn't use any protection when spraying around the yard. No mask no protective suit. The Arlo caught him whipping the hose through my flowers. Just not carefully all. Definitely not a recommendation, fool me once. He was on his phone most of the time he was at the house and disappeared for about 10 min in the neighborhood when we were looking for him to ask questions about treating the trees. Again, not a recommendation. read more

Pest medics is terrific. Jason took my call on a Saturday morning and was there by the afternoon ready to get rid of the ants. He was kind, pleasant and considerate.
