I used this business and could not say a single positive thing about the experience. While inspecting my home for mice, the tech went to move the oven and PULLED the oven door off. He proceeded to glue it back on which obviously did not work. This has been months of back and forth with the company and their contractor. After numerous missed appointments, we finally got a new oven door and the handle is very scratched. Now the business is not answering calls or emails. I was treated as if I was being unreasonable when I could not use my own oven for months and now that this is a clearly damaged product I was told to "buy a cover of amazon" and ignored. I was completely terrified after seeing a couple waterbugs in my apartment this summer in an old building, and decided I'd rather be safe than sorry. Moneef came the next day. He was a very calm and polite presence throughout the entire ordeal as he searched for potential points of entry and as he explained the state of things (thankfully, it was not an infestation...). He was very thorough in checking all areas & spraying the apartment inside each room as well as outside along the building perimeter, and setting up traps just in case. I am so frustrated with this company. they came to treat for mice. pulled out the dishwasher and disconnected the drain hose. then put it back and screwed it back in crooked under the counter. they NEVER reconnected the hose. so that night when I went to run the dishwasher it drained onto the floor, flooding my kitchen. not to mention he was in and out in an hour, never going into my basement. when I complained and demanded a refund they offered me 20% off a future service. for flooding my kitchen. 20% of zero is still zero. read more

Hussam is incredibly thorough and attentive. I had a mice issue and contacted Diagno in a panic at 6am. Hussam responded almost right away and booked a slot for the afternoon. About half an hour into the arrival window, he contacted me and was courteous enough to let me know he was running late. When he arrived, he was able to see the entry points right away and recommended permanent solutions (drywall behind the dishwasher, sealing the closet, etc) while laying down traps to whittle down the existing rodent issue. He was incredibly meticulous in identifying any possible entry points and offered advice on how to starve vermin so they would not be tempted to enter. Can't recommend these guys enough. read more

I wanted to wait until my follow up visit to post... I'm ecstatic with the services provided. They were able to come out the day after I called! I was a wreck. The initial exterminator was EXTREMELY thorough & super nice. He went through my home to identify all entry points. He was honest about the areas that couldn't be accessed & why. He climbed, pulled, pushed, & lifted to ensure he expected every nook. He filled holes, dropped poison, and placed traps/bait station. He created a place of comfort for me. His communication about his process was calm and informative. When he left, my anxiety was at down to only 20% from 1000%! By the time the second exterminator came two weeks later, I was anxious to see if there was any activity. He took care to search the entire house again and nothing! But he sealed a few more areas and put down more traps. I couldn't have asked for a better experience with something that was so frustrating and anxiety inducing. I'd highly recommend the team to anyone wanting to get rid of pests. They do a phenomenal job and they're humble & kind in the process. After we moved into a new rental apartment, we found out that there was a lot of water bugs coming into our apartment. It was a terrifying and disgusting nightmare. It seemed the critters have moved on from our house and they suggested since they didn't find any point of entry or animals it may be from an adjoining neighbor. This place is amazing, on my initial call I spoke with an amazing woman by the name of Palace. She told me the ins and outside of everything that was going to happen for my mouse problem.. and it was not at all as expensive as I thought it would be.. the technician came the next day I believe his name was hassam.. he was prompt and on time and looked thru every crack and crevice in my apartment. Filled everything up with chore and bait and then sealed it off with foam. He played out traps for the ones who were hiding and sure enough the same night we got one of the little bughers in the trap. I am so thankful for them and their help because I am scared to death of anything that crawls. Hadn't slept in 3 days because of this but slept soundly after they came and did an amazing job.
