We called because of two groundhog holes in front of our house. They called back quickly and quoted a great price for cage, monitoring, capture and removal. They arrived on time and were very professional and courteous. They even searched around our house and found two more well-hidden holes. The hidden holes looked old so they filled them in but put two traps with vegetable bait in the front. They came by to monitor daily, replaced old food, and, finally the groundhog was caught They left a trap for another few days in case there was another groundhog. From appt to conclusion 9 days. We paid online through PayPal. Once again, we were very happy with everything about this company and are happy to recommend them. read more

I had birds and possibly a squirrel fighting behind a wall on my third floor townhouse. Damien and his father were fantastic. I received a few options and got a quote over the phone. I texted Damien a few days later saying I suspected another animal may also be in there and was still quoted the same price. They were able to come out in less than a week, were super respectful of my home and my neighbors' homes (careful with large ladders, cleaning off shoes, not double parking), and fixed the problem in less than 2 hours. Not only did Damien patch up holes on my roof and soffit, but also did a minor repair to my neighbor's roof at no extra charge. Cost was very reasonable. If I could give more than 5-stars I would! My fiance reached out to Damien for a squirrel issue that we had in our home. Damien was responsive, knowledgeable, professional and patient. He came out within a day of us calling to take a look out the outside of our home to check for points of entry. Once he determined a few locations on the roof he set up trapped doors and within a day we did not hear a thing. Damien and his son came back after a week or two to remove the trapped doors and seal up the holes. A few weeks went by and I heard another noise, but unsure of what it was. I called Damien in a panic and he and his son came out to make sure everything was still in place and even added more stuff to reinforce. I live in a row home, so not only did they look at my roof but they looked at my neighbors' roofs as well just to make sure all areas were covered. When they came back the final time they did see a bird fly out of my neighbors' roof and they kindly sealed that up. My neighbor down the street was having similar issues. I shared Damien's contact information and he showed up the same day. (I would give him a day or two to get to you, but he does show up!). Damien and his son calmed me down about a squirrel running above my head, and trust me, that is hard to do! I messaged the company through Yelp and they responded within 20 minutes to set up an appt. for the following day. They walked around the roof to find out where the wildlife was getting in, then set traps inside and outside the house. They came back to check the traps and make adjustments and within a few days we had the visitor. I highly recommend this company (a father-son team). They were really responsive and thorough. I would definitely use them again...though I hope I don't have to! I'm updating this to add that it turned out that this photo was of the dad and they went on to catch and remove mom and four cubs. We had a family of squirrels move into the attic of our three story row home and desperately needed help getting them out! Damien at Next Generation Pest Control knocked it out of the park. After Damien set a one-way gate and sealed up possible entry points, these squirrels were relentless and tried anything they could to claw their way back in! We called Damien for an issue with a bird in a wall in our house and he was able to come that same day. The bird was out within a few hours and they were able to set up a one-way trap to prevent more getting in. I needed help with removing a family of squirrels who were getting in my home in multiple spots. I postponed getting help much longer than I should have & of course the problem got worse. I reached out to Next Generation and heard back from Damien pretty quickly. He gave me a basic price & explained what they would do. I sent him pictures of my home after this. He offered me another option that he thought would work better. He explained what he would do and even sent pictures of the same job that he had done at another location. While the cost increased, the work that had to be done justified it and was still very reasonable. At no time did he pressure me to do the more expensive option. He actually said we could do the basic service & see how it went. I like that there was no pressure to spend more, just what my options were. I decided on the second option. They worked all day sealing up holes on the exterior of my home. He even offered to do a bit more on a neighboring row home at no extra charge to help insure that he did all he could to keep the squirrels out. They also cleaned up after themselves when they were done. After they left, a squirrel got back in the same day. I contacted Damien and he was back out first thing the next morning, which was a Sunday. That's the kind of customer service that speaks to someone who stands behind the work they do. It's been a few weeks and I haven't heard any squirrels. It's been such a relief. Damien and his son were both professional, knowledgeable & really nice guys. Last year, I had a horrible bed bug experience that left me scarred. Last week I got a few bug bites and it sent me in to a downward spiral. I contacted Damien and him and his son were able to come do a check for bed bugs a few hours later! They did a thorough check and didn't find anything. Rather than telling me I should still do the treatment to get money out of me, Damien was honest and told me he didn't think it was necessary at this point. He suggested that if I wanted peace of mind, they could treat my baseboards and outlets, which I agreed to. The price was very reasonable and they were able to do it the next day! They were on time and the treatment took less than an hour. A few days later, I found some bug carcasses and began freaking out again. I called Damien and sent some pictures, and he immediately clarified they weren't bed bugs and it was something that could happen with the treatment they did.
