The service was great. They were quick to respond even on the weekend. I recommend using them. They even took extra effort to reunite a racoon baby that was stuck in the wall with it's mom. It took a few days but they got it done. read more

First phone call was promptly answered and all my questions were answered very pleasantly. Approximately 2 hours after the call, the trapper arrived, set up the traps and explained what to expect. 2 1/2 weeks later the traps caught critters. Within 3 hours the trapper was back to humanely handle the critters. Super satisfied with the expertise, expense, and pleasantness of the staff. Highly recommend this business for any critter issues. read more

Good from the first phone contact. Arranged a visit promptly, assessed situation thoroughly and honest. Lucky there were no inside critters. Their services , if there had been, are not inexpensive but fair. Would recommend! read more

We had a skunk problem at my Mom's house. I called them first thing in the morning. The woman on the phone was pleasant and helpful. She had someone out very quickly. They set humane traps and told us to check them morning and night. They called to check with us. Liam the technician that came out was very nice and professional. I highly recommend them if you have any wildlife issues. read more

Matt was so great, prompt, efficient so caring of the squirrels we had that became trapped after our roof was replaced. He arrived same day figured out where to place the trap, came immediately when I notified him there were juveniles in the trap. He placed them in his shirt to give them the heat they needed until I could locate a towel and box to place them in back on the roof so momma could rescue them. He also was kind enough to explain their habits so I understood what was happening as far as placing them in the box for momma to come and get them. We love the fact they were returned to their mom and not exterminated meant a lot to us. Highly recommend !!!!!!! read more

Thank you!! Highly recommend! We had a bat in our bathroom and they were able to remove it with no problem.

We woke up this morning from a scurrying noise through the wall and were mortified! We tried calling a few places and were quoted outrageous numbers. I am SO HAPPY to have found A Wildlife Pro. From beginning to end, they were so friendly and helpful. We also paid much less than what the other companies quoted us. Kris was amazing and is so good at what he does. Hopefully we never have this happen again but if it does, we are definitely calling A Wildlife Pro again. Thank you! read more

A Wildlife Pro - The European Starling that was stuck in our wall - Wildlife Control Near Me

I didn't get to use Wildlife Pros service but I contacted them via email about a neighbors young swan that flew into power lines and had passed in the open field outside our house. My neighbors were not home when I stopped by this morning to let them know so I was quite frantic and heartbroken. I was unsure if Wildlife provided assistance for this kind of service but it seemed like they would from their super informative website so I sent an email letting them know the situation. I received a super prompt reply back from Kris letting me know that they would be able to help and the cost of it. I wanted to see if I could catch my neighbor after work and I was lucky enough to do so and let her know what happened and her son was there to tend to the young swan and burry it on their property. I emailed Kris back this evening to inform on the outcome and received a prompt reply back yet again. But the reason I'm writing tonight is to say thank you to Kris for the comforting empathetic responses that were provided to me today during a time I was very upset and sad. So thank you Kris very much for caring and providing genuine kindless even though I did not get to physically use your professional services. read more

THANK YOU! These guys did bird removal on a 2nd floor vent and capped all vents into the house. They literally came out that day and were wonderful to work with! Efficient, professional, and fairly priced. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Thanks again! read more

Called A Wildlife Pro late on a Sunday night in a frantic for some squirrels in my chimney. They were EXCELLENT. Matt came out the very next morning and had the full job successfully completed in under 2 hours. He was prompt, friendly, professional, thorough and explained everything from start to finish. I cannot say enough good things about Matt and this company - I highly recommend their services. They put my mind at ease during a VERY stressful situation. A Wildlife Pro is most definitely the way to go when you are in need of wildlife help. read more

Let me start this review by saying I spent over $1,000 with two other companies prior to finding Kris and his crew so my expectations were low and my frustrations were sky high. For nearly 6 months, I heard scratching noises in my ceiling and closet walls. I paid several "professionals" over $1,000 to drill holes in my walls, set useless traps, install mesh in my gutters, and blame bats and mice that were NEVER caught or even identified for that matter. I happened to find Kris' company after doing an extensive web search. He was recommended by a professional wildlife trapper in Canada. I figured it was worth a shot and I really had nothing (besides my sanity) to lose at that point. Well, I wish I would have called him from the very beginning. If you are reading this then take this as the BEST ADVICE you can receive - call Kris immediately and don't bother with the other amateurs unless you actively enjoy throwing away your money. Sure enough, I started to hear scratching again and immediately called Kris. His team came over the next day and set up traps as they noticed markings/fur suggestive of raccoons. They set up traps and finally caught the culprits and found/sealed the entryway. Additionally, he subtracted the original fee he charged me from the first time he came out to assess my property. Come on, where are you going to find someone as honest as that? Go ahead, call this guy already. read more

We had a horrible, unbearable odor throughout our house and thought it was a nest of dead mice in our basement. We first called a highly-rated pest control company who told us they would set traps for future pests, but not remove dead animals and could not refer us to someone who could! I started crying at this point, thinking we would just have to move to a hotel until we could solve the problem on our own. That would have involved at the very list making many holes in the drywall and getting special tools. I googled "animal removal" and called this highly-rated company, A Wildlife Pro. Kris was able to come the next morning and immediately said we had a dead skunk under our front door step without even looking! He quickly confirmed this, dug out the dead skunk, and reassured us that the horrible odor would dissipate quickly now. We can't say enough to praise this man and his company. He was very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful in giving us tips to prevent the problem in the future. Also, very reasonably priced (getting rid of that noxious odor was priceless!). We highly recommend this company!! read more

We have been dealing with a brown bat for years. We had another company come out and net the chimney area and they said they captured the bat. They did not, Then I found Kris at A WILDLIFE PRO and he came out and captured this bat and then climbed the side wall to inspect where the bat could have been getting into the attic. HE FOUND IT and took care of that access as well. PROBLEM SOLVED. This company is so professional and Kris is a very positive person to work with. I highly recommend AWP for any pest control work. The best of the best! read more

New to home ownership, I had no idea how to handle a groundhog family that had been living under my porch. I was referred to this company and had a great experience. They were responsive to my first call, showing up about an hour after I had called. They set traps and made multiple trips back whenever I called to let them know that something had been caught. They gave good advice on how to determine whether all the animals had left the hole and even helped me ball up chicken wire to try to prevent the groundhogs from returning. The three people who came to my property and the two with whom I spoke on the phone were all polite and professional. read more

I had an issue with some animals in my ceiling a year ago and contacted a Wildlife Pro. Kris called me the next day, and discussed the situation with me, listening and asking questions to understand what was going on. He ran me through basic pricing an expectations, but ultimately suggested holding off and following up as needed, based on the circumstances. I followed up more recently and communicated with Kris and with Rachel in the office. Rachel ran me through the pricing and made sure I understood the various options and associated costs, and she and Kris answered some additional questions I had and set me up with a prompt appointment. I ended up going forward hiring them to perform an inspection. Jared from their team came out and was very thorough, took his time with me, and discussed and explained the whole situation. He offered expert guidance and helped me understand the circumstances better and formulate a plan. He specifically rejected one option indicating, "that is likely to cost you a lot of money, but probably won't solve your problem." Most importantly, every member of their team has clearly aimed to help me address my situation in a cost-effective manner. I first sought out this company based on some positive reviews and recommendations. Now, I have had the pleasure of dealing with them on two separate occasions. A Wildlife Pro will be the company I go to for any future needs and recommend to friends. They are responsive and straightforward, and I trust them to handle my needs in the future in an honest, professional, and cost-effective manner. Thanks read more

A Wildlife Pro (AWP) blew away my expectations! I own an older home and have had two bats now inside our home that clearly aren't coming in from an open door or window. I later heard more bats within a crawl space in our attic, which is when I called AWP and immediately had an appointment scheduled. AWP made sure they were very transparent on cost of services, up front which I really appreciated. Kris was our technician that came out for the inspection, and he was awesome! I have a very small access panel to a tight crawl space in our attic. Kris dove right in without hesitation and took a very thorough look in our attic. After Kris saw all that he needed to see, he sat down with my wife and I to discuss our options. He was so knowledgeable and really took the time to explain what is happening in our attic. At no point did I feel pressured to make any decision, and it was clear that Kris was not there to just "take my money". After Kris left, I knew I made the right choice in having him come out. The knowledge and advice he was able to provide totally outweighs the cost of the inspection. I hope we don't have another scenario where wildlife makes it way into our home, but if we do, I'm definitely calling AWP! read more

I called to have a bat removed from my home, received a quick response and easy no fuss removal Highly recommend.

We were getting a rogue bat in our fireplace for the past few years. Finally decided to do something about it and called A Wildlife Pro. Kris came out same day. Looked around and said that we don't have a bat problem. Whew! He was completely honest and said we could either replace the chimney cap or just let it go. (1 bat a year isn't really a problem.) We opted to spend the money to have it replaced. He came out a few days later and replaced the cap. Super nice guy. Isn't going to suggest repairs that aren't necessary. Highly recommend!! read more

Kris and his team at AWP are true professionals. They are courteous, prompt, and compassionate toward the animals.
