Jermaine Little is the most professional courteous and patient manager. He is very understanding when you experience the worst possible infestation in your home, answering and educating you on how to care for and avoid reinfestation. He goes above and beyond to really honor your contract. Unfortunately, Chris, while professional is not patient and willing to answer questions and the other professionals need to be educated a bit more on the specific issue I had but I won't name because of embarrassment. I was wary of signing up for a full year sight-unseen, which they said I had to do in advance of the initial visit. Finally went for it, and so far I've been pleased. The technicians are knowledgeable, especially Dennis, who visited most recently. They understood we want to minimize chemical treatments and worked with us on controlling mice and silverfish via bait, traps, and sealing holes to the exterior. It is not cheap and the results are not perfect or immediate, but it is a regular service that is helping us keep pests in check in a way we're comfortable with. This company likes to scan clients. I called to say I didn't want to renew the contract and they continued to bill me. They charge monthly yet will only treat monthly if I call. I would like to preface this review by letting everyone know that I am not someone who tends to leave reviews. However, our experience with this company was so bad that it seemed others should be informed of how this company operates. I also apologize for the long message. It is far from all inclusive of the poor experiences with this company, but it should be enough to inform consumers to avoid dealing with this company. We have dealt with this company for 2 years as per a contract agreement. (Be sure to be prepared for the push for becoming a service contract customer.) We definitely would have cancelled our service with this company, but we were told that "you are in a contract and can't cancel". Seems like terrible customer service and a red flag. If someone isn't happy with your service and your company isn't providing the service that they said they would, you would think that, at a minimum, the contract would be voided. Unless of course, if your only real interest as a company is the money, and this company seems to only be interested in easy money. The other red flag was the initial and chronic requests for 5 star reviews. The first technician "finished" his service and immediately requested that we give them a 5 star review. Despite being informed of our problem and where we noticed the pests, he never checked our attic. As this was where most of our problem resided, we asked politely about his plans for spraying the attic and he only reluctantly did so upon our very strong request. He spent less than 4 minutes in the attic(its a big attic) and it seems doubtful that he actually did anything meaningful. Did I mention that he had to borrow one of my ladders to access the attic. Seems like a pest control company should probably carry their own ladders with them, but I guess not. In short, this company seems like a rip off. All they want to do is come to your house, walk around, wipe down cobwebs and drop spray around the outside of your house. They did put a few glue traps in the basement(after we told them about a few "spider-crickets") but of course never removed the traps. I took care of that after they left them during a subsequent return regular service visit. They also insisted that we have termite monitoring traps placed outside of our house. We declined(we live in a thick stone house with no sign of termites or previous damage), but they put them in anyway. When we originally contacted this company it was made clear that we wanted help with a stink bug issues. We were told that Green Pest Solutions could take care of that problem. Through the course of two years and multiple visits by technicians our original problem was not addressed and we did inform the technician of what we wanted EVERY time they showed up. All we ever heard about was how stink bugs required this treatment or that treatment. Unfortuntately, talk is as far as it ever got. There were always excuses about how they could not do anything at during the current visit. No one ever actually did anything, except walk around and remove cobwebs and spray the ground outside our house. We specifically asked one tech about spraying the eves. The reply, "that is against company policy. It is more than 20 feet above the ground". Again we offered access through the attic to spray the eves from the inside, but this was also rebuffed. I've not measured it, but I am skepital about it being more than 20 feet. And, even if it is more than 20 feet, what kind of pest control company won't take care of the eves of your house if that is where the problem resides. We requested several times that management and/or the owner please give us a call. No phone call was ever received despite multiple requests and being told that we would hear from someone. This company is only interested in easy money and if you actually have something that requires real work, call someone else. Actually, call someone else even if you have easy work as this company does not deserve anyone's business. To this day, no one has called and no one from this company has taken care of our original problem. read more

This is a great service. They are very on top of sending reminders to schedule appointments and everyone who has come to our home has been very professional. We had mice last year (typical for a Philly old house) and one round of traps eliminated the issue for a full year which is better than any other service I've used. We used Green Pest Solutions because we have a very sniffy hound dog and were super worried about her getting into any kind of poison. Recently, I found one of the traps in a little stash of things my dog likes to hide and chew on. The trap was impenetrable. There were a couple of tooth marks on it but my dog clearly couldn't get inside and has been fine. That could have been a scary situation if we had used a different trap! I just spoke to Davina, a rep at the company, and she confirmed that the traps are designed with animal and child safety in mind, that the poison was at the center of the trap, and a dog would have to have epically torn it apart to reach anything that could harm it. So take it from me - this is a great service to consider if you have pets! read more

Dennis Coyle was my tech. He was friendly, courteous, professional and thorough. He explained all needed procedures clearly. A nice benefit is that when service was completed, I got an email with a detailed description of everything he did. Also, cost was reasonable. One of the reasons I chose this company was because they say they use low toxicity products. I have a pollinator garden so even with low toxicity I'm afraid a lot of the pollinators won't appear this year. I'll be aware of that and schedule services outside of the growing season. They sent me a detailed info about the ingredients of their pesticides which I haven't had a chance to look at. There was a $50 discount for a new customer. Very, very happy with the service. Technician was professional and well experienced. He answered all of my questions and the Yellowjacket treatment of two large nests have stopped so far after a day later from application. The company was professional and accommodated an appointment within 2 days. They have a 30 day guarantee for application to come back within 30 days if the Yellowjackets come back.
