While the field personnel are quite good, the back end of this business is as bad as you could possibly imagine. No follow through, incorrect billing, and spam texts and calls. After years off giving them 10th and 11th chances, we finally gave up. Don't make the mistake of using them. read more

Jermaine Little is the most professional courteous and patient manager. He is very understanding when you experience the worst possible infestation in your home, answering and educating you on how to care for and avoid reinfestation. He goes above and beyond to really honor your contract. Unfortunately, Chris, while professional is not patient and willing to answer questions and the other professionals need to be educated a bit more on the specific issue I had but I won't name because of embarrassment. Overall this company is highly professional though. I just hope that others can learn the same knowledge Jermaine has acquired. read more

I was wary of signing up for a full year sight-unseen, which they said I had to do in advance of the initial visit. Finally went for it, and so far I've been pleased. The technicians are knowledgeable, especially Dennis, who visited most recently. They understood we want to minimize chemical treatments and worked with us on controlling mice and silverfish via bait, traps, and sealing holes to the exterior. It is not cheap and the results are not perfect or immediate, but it is a regular service that is helping us keep pests in check in a way we're comfortable with. The technicians take time on every visit to really listen, explain their thinking and offer the pros and cons to different options, which I appreciate. read more

This company likes to scan clients. I called to say I didn't want to renew the contract and they continued to bill me. They charge monthly yet will only treat monthly if I call. I told them that I canceled and they said they couldn't credit me back my payments even though they never came out to treat in all that time. read more

I contacted Green Pest Solutions to eradicate a bee infestation that plagued us for months. They arrived promptly at the scheduled date and time and sprayed the area I was concerned with and also found a second entry point which I had missed. Now, we can enjoy dinner outdoors without worrying about those pesky flying insects. Thank you Green Pest Solutions. read more

Isaac has been to my house several times and we are getting closer to alleviating the rodent issue in my home. He is thorough and helpful. It's great I can call and schedule as often as I need and an appointment can be set up very quickly. read more

Very professional service with great scheduling and information provided and I thought the pricing was fair.

Dennis our technician was prompt, informative professional and very friendly. We have used the services of Green Pest of our other home and have always been very satisfied. Today was no different with our first preventative treatment at our new house. read more

Not a good business practice. Being invoiced for something not approved. Billed incorrectly for discontinuing service

Great service! Professional and courteous while on site. Mark did a great job explaining what he was going to do and how he was going to do it. Would use this service again if needed in the future! read more

I would like to preface this review by letting everyone know that I am not someone who tends to leave reviews. However, our experience with this company was so bad that it seemed others should be informed of how this company operates. I also apologize for the long message. It is far from all inclusive of the poor experiences with this company, but it should be enough to inform consumers to avoid dealing with this company. We have dealt with this company for 2 years as per a contract agreement. (Be sure to be prepared for the push for becoming a service contract customer.) We definitely would have cancelled our service with this company, but we were told that "you are in a contract and can't cancel". Seems like terrible customer service and a red flag. If someone isn't happy with your service and your company isn't providing the service that they said they would, you would think that, at a minimum, the contract would be voided. Unless of course, if your only real interest as a company is the money, and this company seems to only be interested in easy money. The other red flag was the initial and chronic requests for 5 star reviews. The first technician "finished" his service and immediately requested that we give them a 5 star review. Despite being informed of our problem and where we noticed the pests, he never checked our attic. As this was where most of our problem resided, we asked politely about his plans for spraying the attic and he only reluctantly did so upon our very strong request. He spent less than 4 minutes in the attic(its a big attic) and it seems doubtful that he actually did anything meaningful. Did I mention that he had to borrow one of my ladders to access the attic. Seems like a pest control company should probably carry their own ladders with them, but I guess not. In short, this company seems like a rip off. All they want to do is come to your house, walk around, wipe down cobwebs and drop spray around the outside of your house. They did put a few glue traps in the basement(after we told them about a few "spider-crickets") but of course never removed the traps. I took care of that after they left them during a subsequent return regular service visit. They also insisted that we have termite monitoring traps placed outside of our house. We declined(we live in a thick stone house with no sign of termites or previous damage), but they put them in anyway. When we originally contacted this company it was made clear that we wanted help with a stink bug issues. We were told that Green Pest Solutions could take care of that problem. Through the course of two years and multiple visits by technicians our original problem was not addressed and we did inform the technician of what we wanted EVERY time they showed up. All we ever heard about was how stink bugs required this treatment or that treatment. Unfortuntately, talk is as far as it ever got. There were always excuses about how they could not do anything at during the current visit. No one ever actually did anything, except walk around and remove cobwebs and spray the ground outside our house. We specifically asked one tech about spraying the eves. The reply, "that is against company policy. It is more than 20 feet above the ground". Again we offered access through the attic to spray the eves from the inside, but this was also rebuffed. I've not measured it, but I am skepital about it being more than 20 feet. And, even if it is more than 20 feet, what kind of pest control company won't take care of the eves of your house if that is where the problem resides. We requested several times that management and/or the owner please give us a call. No phone call was ever received despite multiple requests and being told that we would hear from someone. This company is only interested in easy money and if you actually have something that requires real work, call someone else. Actually, call someone else even if you have easy work as this company does not deserve anyone's business. To this day, no one has called and no one from this company has taken care of our original problem. read more

I am always pleased with the service I receive from green pest solutions. Each time I've had Johnny as the technician and he is very knowledgeable and thorough. He explains anything I want to know and offers his suggestions! He's very friendly and personable, I enjoy talking to him about my family and he tells me about his and we compare our kid stories! He makes sure to be super safe while here considering I have a small child and I know it helps that he also has small children and understands how important safety is to my husband and me. read more

It is always a pleasure to see Henry from Green Pest Solutions. He is very knowledgeable about all kinds of pests and he knows how to get rid of them efficiently. I have had an annual contract with Green Pest on for over 3 years and it's one of the best decisions I ever made. Henry has treated my property for many different pests (insects, mice, ants, wasps, hornets) and the result has always been very satisfactory. Also, besides the quarterly visits that are included with the annual contract, they will send someone out at no charge whenever I feel it's necessary. No questions asked! Also, I love the fact that the products they use are not highly toxic. Highly recommended! read more

This is a great service. They are very on top of sending reminders to schedule appointments and everyone who has come to our home has been very professional. We had mice last year (typical for a Philly old house) and one round of traps eliminated the issue for a full year which is better than any other service I've used. We used Green Pest Solutions because we have a very sniffy hound dog and were super worried about her getting into any kind of poison. Recently, I found one of the traps in a little stash of things my dog likes to hide and chew on. The trap was impenetrable. There were a couple of tooth marks on it but my dog clearly couldn't get inside and has been fine. That could have been a scary situation if we had used a different trap! I just spoke to Davina, a rep at the company, and she confirmed that the traps are designed with animal and child safety in mind, that the poison was at the center of the trap, and a dog would have to have epically torn it apart to reach anything that could harm it. So take it from me - this is a great service to consider if you have pets! read more

Green Pest Solutions is wonderful. They are always punctual, extremely professional and very friendly. Laura Hunt who works in the office is especially outstanding. She has provided me the best customer service and certainly goes above and beyond. I can always count on this company. read more

Technician was professional and well experienced. He answered all of my questions and the Yellowjacket treatment of two large nests have stopped so far after a day later from application. The company was professional and accommodated an appointment within 2 days. They have a 30 day guarantee for application to come back within 30 days if the Yellowjackets come back. Treatment was expensive though, however, I have not compared this company to other companies for cost. read more

Green Pest has been nothing but a PEST to deal with. They are very disorganized at a company level and it shows. I purchased a service contract with quarterly treatments. They are supposed to schedule the treatments, but they frequently forget and I have to call to check on it, which is never simple because they claim they can't find the contract or already came. To top it off, I have a wasp or Yellowjacket problem. They sent someone out to handle it after a half hour on hold trying to convince them I have an account and I pay for their service. The guy wouldn't even try to locate the nest or identify the bugs. He wouldn't even go close (maybe because he showed up with NO protective gear). He sprayed some wasp stuff in the general direction and said call back if there is a problem. I called back and they told me he had been there for three hours (wrong, more like 10 minutes) a week ago (wrong) and there is nothing they can do. They tried to get me to ID the bugs for them. I didn't know that I was the pest control expert. Finally, they agreed to send someone else out. This guy showed up and refused to do anything despite us now knowing the location of the nest and pointing it out to him. We still have a wasp problem. These guys have no idea what they're doing. I have no idea how they have so many good reviews. read more

Green Pest Solutions technician Martin Gonzalez is always prompt, professional, polite and knowledgeable. Greens has a gem in this employee.

I called in with an ant problem early this spring. I was told what to expect ahead of time and had an appointment made with a window. On the day of service it was raining. The tech that was scheduled to come out called me in the morning explaining that he may not be able to treat outside if it was raining but left it up to me if I wanted to keep my appointment or reschedule. I ended up keeping the appointment and luckily the rain stopped and he was able to treat inside and outside. He arrived right at the beginning of my window. I was running a little late and he said no problem, I'll start treating outside and see you when you get here. He was thorough, explained what he was doing, and gave me every opportunity to ask questions. I was told both on the primary phone consultation and at the time of visit to expect treatment to take a week or so to have full results. Ants before my treatment-insane. Ants the day after treatment-0. It's now been a few weeks since my appointment and no ants in sight. SO happy I called. Would definitely recommend. read more

I had some hit & miss experiences so far in dealing with them i.e. a new 2018 customer. Like one reviewer stated, that they might show up earlier than a scheduled time or not, & do nothing (I actually had a technician stated he was in the driveway for a couple of minutes for an exterior spraying & then left?!) and charge you for a service call. You have to keep on top of them, otherwise your service will probably suffer. I had two other exterminating companies before, Orkin and a privately held one, the latter moved out of the area, but he was the best! Of course smh read more

Courteous, reliable employees. I use them for quarterly service to keep the carpenter ants under control along with other outdoor pests.

I was concerned that I might have carpenter ants. Matt and his colleague from Green Pest came out right away and gave great advice (plain old ants) and took care of the problem (the next day -- lots of dead ants.) I suppose that anyone could have come and provided this service but I was stuck with a broken foot. Matt insisted I sit with my foot up while they did their inspection and then met with me without my having to get up. I especially appreciated that he locked the door on his way out. This is what made the service go from good to great. Thank you both! read more

Recently, I had my property treated for Termites. My salesman Kevin H. came out and did the assessment thoroughly. This young man knows his product knowledge and very informative explaining if there needs to be any services performed. I appreciate his honesty and intergrity. Unlike the other competition, Green Pest Solutions is very professional and arrive on time when they're scheduled. My technician William A. performed all the services described in my contract and cleaned the areas when done. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Thank you again for your great service. read more

If i could give them a zero I would. Always showed up when I was at work so only did the outside. Had bees in my house and they told me they could not come until the following week so i contacted Modern and they came right out. I cancelled them after that got the bill and tried to pay in the portal and they locked me out so I could not. Sent emails and spoke to someone and said I sent the payment regular mail and 5 days later I am still getting calls constantly harassing me for payment. You get calls and emails and all different people calling so I don't think one talks to the other. Glad I am done with them. They also never did inside my house. Can't even say I trust that they did the outside read more
