We've used this company twice. Both times we got the same excellent service and result. Once was ants and the other was water bugs. Water bugs is a nice way of saying cockroaches that aren't into food. The service technician's are super friendly and always on time!(especially the one in the Superman hat!) you can't shake a stick at the prices either. $135 to spray the whole house inside and out, top to bottom. So if shits bugging you give them a ring! read more

My student driver was followed from Wayne to Bryn Mawr by one of your drivers who quite literally was in my third row. He was driving very aggressively by tailgating us so closely on Conestoga Road tonight at 7:05 pm. He consistently honked his horn because my child was going the speed limit. As he passed us in a double line no passing zone on Conestoga Road and Lowry Lane he kindly flipped my 16 year old the bird. This is not a great look for someone driving a truck with your company name on it. I would hope you get your employee the help he needs. He is a dangerous liability. read more

Love working with Daly! As a new homeowner, I was looking for a pest control service and saw Daly recommended in a few Facebook groups. I had the most lovely experience scheduling with them and was able to do it all over email, very efficiently. They were able to come out quickly and were able to answer all my questions and concerns. I signed up for their quarterly service program and could not be happier. read more

Joe from Termite & Pest Management listened to our concern, told us how he planned to treat the yellow jacket problem, climbed outside on a ladder that had to reach three floors to access the air conditioners, and serviced the problem. He made us feel confident that it was resolved, told us to call if we had recurrence, and acted very professionally and respectfully of my many questions. We've used them before so we are not new customers, but we rate them five stars for timely service and professionalism, and highly recommend their business. Thank you, Joe. read more

I had a great experience with Daly Termite and Pest management. I had a raccoon in my attic that they helped get rid of. They came back to make sure the job got done and were very professional in the process. I actually quoted other places and people gawked at climbing up in the attic to get the job done. They had TWO men up there (mind you - it's a very small space). I would recommend this business to anyone and will definitely be pointing my friends in their direction if they ever have any pest or wildlife issues in the future. read more

Called Daly for a bee problem and Dave came out today to check it out. Super nice, friendly, honest and knowledgeable guy!!! Dave went right to work, we were finding stray bees in the house and wanted to make sure there was no hive. Dave checked the inside and outside and thankfully found nothing! So this is where the 5 star rating really takes place...because he didn't find anything he wasn't going to charge anything!!!!!!! Make sure you read that a second time so it sinks in!!!!! Unheard of in this day!! I couldn't let him leave without nothing and we agreed on a price! I was wearing a Flyers shirt and Dave struck up a Philly sports conversation before leaving. What a pleasurable experience when you weren't really expecting one!!!! DALY Pest will definitely be taking care of any future pest problems at my house!! Thanks again!!!! read more

Thanks for keeping our "COVID summer" staycation home free from mosquitoes.... since the outdoors is our sanctuary!

We've been using Daly for about 7 years now. We have a quarterly service plan so they visit every 3 months. If we have an issue between visits they'll come out and take care of it at no extra charge. All techs are professional: arrive on time, wear shoe covers in the house, answer questions and listen to our concerns, etc. Great company and a great team. read more

Excellent service and communication from the folks at Daly. More importantly, they stick by their 30 day guarantee. I had a small rodent issue which required John coming to my house on three separate occasions. The third was the charm and the, I'm now rodent free (knock on wood). I was charged for my initial visit and the follow ups were free. Amazing! Will certainly use again and will recommend to friends/neighbors. read more

Dave came out to our home today for a routine treatment. This was our first experience and it totally exceeded our expectations. Dave was friendly, on time, and extremely knowledgeable. Thank you for your service. Would definitely recommend them. read more

Joe came out to my house to inspect and walk through a mouse problem that recently came up. I had been addressing it myself and it may be resolved - but he had a lot of insight into how to prevent the problem, and where they actually may be, vs where i thought they were and where to better place the traps. We are planning to use them for more than this visit! I've only dealt with the larger companies and this was much less sales and brochures and more about fixing only problems we have and preventing problems he was concerned about, and showed me those concerns. Overall the experience so far was great and I am optimistic about the future. read more

I called Daly for problems with ants and bees. They arranged a visit around my schedule and immediately analyzed and addressed the problems. They could not have been nicer or neater. Super easy to deal with, arrived on time and very friendly. Best yet, they took care of the bees and the ants, eliminating the nests. Very happy customer! read more

I've used Jim Daly for the past 7 years for quarterly preventive service on my home and to address acute pest issues as try arose. He ALWAYS arrives exactly on time and does a complete job in a timely manner. He and his staff are very pleasant. I highly recommend Daly Pest. read more

Jim came out on time - early, actually - to check out my squirrel problem. Little buggers pulled down my gutter/siding a bit and are partying in the outside of my home, in a space they created. (They're not IN the house.) Jim was friendly and honest: he said if I got my siding repaired, it was likely the squirrels would not be able to get in / the problem would resolve on its own. If I wanted the squirrels out before that repair was made, he said he could put a one-way trap up there so squirrels could get out but not in again. (This is far superior to the trap method recommended by a competitor, who then wanted to charge me per squirrel trapped.) But, Jim said he truly recommends contacting a gutter/siding company and calling him if I needed squirrel help once the repairs were finished. I appreciate that he was not out to make a buck, but build a relationship. He said, "If you don't end up needing me for this, you'll call me with another job down the road." he is absolutely right! read more
