My student driver was followed from Wayne to Bryn Mawr by one of your drivers who quite literally was in my third row. He was driving very aggressively by tailgating us so closely on Conestoga Road tonight at 7:05 pm. He consistently honked his horn because my child was going the speed limit. As he passed us in a double line no passing zone on Conestoga Road and Lowry Lane he kindly flipped my 16 year old the bird. This is not a great look for someone driving a truck with your company name on it. I would hope you get your employee the help he needs. He is a dangerous liability. read more

We've used this company twice. Both times we got the same excellent service and result. Once was ants and the other was water bugs. Water bugs is a nice way of saying cockroaches that aren't into food. The service technician's are super friendly and always on time!(especially the one in the Superman hat!) you can't shake a stick at the prices either. $135 to spray the whole house inside and out, top to bottom. Called Daly for a bee problem and Dave came out today to check it out. Super nice, friendly,honest and knowledgeable guy!!! Dave went right to work, we were finding stray bees in the house and wanted to make sure there was no hive. Dave checked the inside and outside and thankfully found nothing! So this is where the 5 star rating really takes place...because he didn't find anything he wasn't going to charge anything!!!!!!! Make sure you read that a second time so it sinks in!!!!! Unheard of in this day!! I couldn't let him leave without nothing and we agreed on a price! I was wearing a Flyers shirt and Dave struck up a Philly sports conversation before leaving. Joe came out to my house to inspect and walk through a mouse problem that recently came up. I had been addressing it myself and it may be resolved - but he had a lot of insight into how to prevent the problem, and where they actually may be, vs where i thought they were and where to better place the traps. We are planning to use them for more than this visit! I've only dealt with the larger companies and this was much less sales and brochures and more about fixing only problems we have and preventing problems he was concerned about, and showed me those concerns. Jim came out on time - early, actually - to check out my squirrel problem. Little buggers pulled down my gutter/siding a bit and are partying in the outside of my home, in a space they created. (They're not IN the house.) Jim was friendly and honest: he said if I got my siding repaired, it was likely the squirrels would not be able to get in / the problem would resolve on its own. If I wanted the squirrels out before that repair was made, he said he could put a one-way trap up there so squirrels could get out but not in again. (This is far superior to the trap method recommended by a competitor, who then wanted to charge me per squirrel trapped.) But, Jim said he truly recommends contacting a gutter/siding company and calling him if I needed squirrel help once the repairs were finished. I appreciate that he was not out to make a buck, but build a relationship. He said, "If you don't end up needing me for this, you'll call me with another job down the road." he is absolutely right! read more
