We have had Viking take care of our house for over a year now and we aren't sorry to have chosen this company. Our house is located in a very wooded area with bugs, spiders and mice that think it's a great place to invade. But with the Viking service we are practically free of them. Of course nothing can be 100% effective but that's where Viking shines. One call to them will get you next day service if you see anything get through the barrier that's been put around the house. The people who work for Viking get 5 Stars also. Jason Inserra the sales rep will work with you to get the best protection at the best price. We recently signed up for the Yard Guard service so that we can enjoy out surroundings outside instead of inside. We have had several technicians come to do the services in and around our house and I wish I had taken down their names so that I could give them 5 also. I cannot say enough about the professionalism of every person I dealt with in this organization. I am a landlord who was recently challenged with our unit being infested with bedbugs as a result of the connecting neighbors unit. Dan was knowledgeable, caring, and ensured that we received the proper treatments to eliminate the bugs. Not only was he instrumental in solving our problem, he took the time to educate the neighbors on solutions and was able to help them rid their unit of the infestation as well. Dan always followed up in a timely manner and never hesitated to listen to my concerns and answer my questions. We had a very stubborn yellow jacket nest inside the corner of our roof. After trying hornet/wasp spray several times without success, we contacted Viking Pest Control on Friday and they sent Chad out to our house today, the following Monday afternoon. Chad called us in advance, as the sales rep promised, and he arrived when he said he would. Chad wore a mask, gloves, and covered his shoes with the blue covers before entering our home, which we appreciated. He went to work right away and within about a half hour... NO MORE YELLOW JACKETS! Chad G. is a great representative for Viking's service. He was very friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable. Anytime we call, the ladies on the phone are friendly and helpful. They always send a technician out the same day to diagnose and correct pest control problems. Yesterday, we had a concern with ants coming in a window. Called them at 3:30. Stan came out by 4:30. He was able to find the spot where they were crawling in and treated the area, as well as checked a few more areas to prevent any other problems. Our regular technician is Chad, and he's always polite, thorough, and efficient. Would always recommend these friendly and helpful guys and gals. read more

First service call since we started our contract. Ryan, the technician that came out, reviewed the situation then did a thorough job explaining the treatment and what we should expect to see. Our immediate problem was inside the house but he took the time to inspect the outside and pointed out some problem areas that he addressed and how we might avoid problems in the future.
