My brother-in-law, who came with me, knew way more. He missed pointing out the obvious. He couldn't answer any questions I had. His only response was "you'd need to talk to an expert". My experience with the company as a whole was equally disappointing. When I brought my concerns about the walk and talk up to the company via email they didn't respond, and still haven't.

We had the opportunity to work with Chris in our property. The entire process was seamless, from booking an appointment, the invoice, and the day-of procedure. Chris arrived early to capture the exterior documentation (i.e., front/back entrances, roof, facade) and greeted my partner and I with warmth and good humor. We examined each part of our future home, and Chris was very helpful with answering our questions and sharing context when weren't familiar with certain issues. It's clear he was knowledgeable and reassured us that we would be in good hands on closing day. After the inspection, you receive an in-depth report with assessments on the areas of improvement, concerns, and general status reports. I think he did a great job "looking for trouble," keeping us notified of how to be proactive should any maintenance is needed. Eagle Inspections was great to work with, and should definitely be considered in any home-buying process.

When I called today I was told the check was never even processed. On top of this their water inspection came back several days late - "worst-case scenario is next week around Monday" and it came Wednesday. Their radon inspection came back with incorrect information that they told me they could not correct until they got their device back 2 days later. Apparently they are unable to edit PDFs. I never received the corrected radon inspection. Completely unprofessional.
