We have consistently been impressed with their thoroughness, knowledge about pests and treatment, attention to detail, and responsiveness. On a particularly memorable occasion, Dave responded to a call on Christmas Eve when we were about to have company (including a very small and sensitive dog) and safely took care of a surprise ant infestation in the room where the guests were supposed to stay so everything was safe and fixed by the time they arrived. County Pest is easily the best around!

Keith quoted me about 1/3 of what they were charging, and came on a Sunday morning! I was also glad to see that he had a career as a biologist and wasn't a mindless "kill everything" insecticide pusher. He showed me what he uses for carpenter ants while he was here (basically an otherwise harmless natural substance), and told me I could just buy it myself online rather than having him do it. I believe he serves the whole Lehigh Valley area also. (He traveled about 25 miles to get to me)

The tech was a woman named on the invoice as the lead for our area, and she dealt directly with the tenants on the ground while keeping me updated as the owner, so I wasn't stuck relaying messages between two sets of people who both wanted answers from me. She also spotted that the tenants' trash setup out back was making it worse and mentioned it to them herself, which saved me being the bad guy. Follow up confirmed the activity had stopped. Tenants are happy so I'm happy. I've since used them at a second property.
