He answered the phone himself and was truly concerned about my situation. Despite his full schedule, and the fact that he would be in my area the following day, he still squeezed me in the same day! Great communication, including his ETA to my home. He explained everything, and gave me guarantees to the wasp removal from the exterior entry site that no one else would. He used methods that other exterminators did not offer. He is like the "Bee Whisperer." His price was very fair. He does business the way it should be done. A rarity today. Stellar in every way. I am very grateful for his kindness, professionalism and knowledge. I recommend him 100%!

Carlos is professional and he cares, and I would recommend him to anyone in the Lehigh Valley. He'd be the first person I'd have them call! Go to the website and read the testimonials.. they're all true. While the problem at our rental property was the toughest he's seen in years and we weren't able to trap any rats, his efforts ultimately stopped the problem as much as he could without getting a contractor to rip out the walls. Thank you for helping us and for caring so much about fixing our issue! You're the best! Update: Not sure why I only gave 4 stars before. I still tell the story of that rental property. This place was worth 5 for sure.

He showed me what he uses for carpenter ants while he was here (basically an otherwise harmless natural substance), and told me I could just buy it myself online rather than having him do it.
