Carlos is professional and he cares, and I would recommend him to anyone in the Lehigh Valley. He'd be the first person I'd have them call! While the problem at our rental property was the toughest he's seen in years and we weren't able to trap any rats, his efforts ultimately stopped the problem as much as he could without getting a contractor to rip out the walls. Thank you for helping us and for caring so much about fixing our issue! You're the best! Update: Not sure why I only gave 4 stars before. I still tell the story of that rental property. This place was worth 5 for sure.

Dave Balliet came to my house and sprayed top to bottom, and outside. Having a knowledgeable service man that talked to me about the chemicals he was using, how safe they were for my kitties and, more importantly, for my children and grandchildren to be around, gave me the peace of mind I needed! Learning about the life cycle of the flea gave me a greater understanding of why they weren't all dead after one application. Dave came to my house 3 times (the 2 follow up visits were free)and we are officially flea free! Thank you, Dave, for your professionalism, and continuing with follow up visits until this customer was satisfied! Awesome job!!
