We had some animal "squatters" living in the ceiling of our carport at the shore. We were unsure of what type of animal we were dealing with but when I contacted Ross Environmental they went in full force to humanely evict anything that was up there. The traps were set and baited every day , except weekend because there is anyone to check them. They were checked daily and either rebaited, if needed, or took the animal to be released 10 miles away. At first they caught 2 raccoons and we thought we were done so they sealed up the opening. Apparently, there were squirrels up there too! The squirrels now chewed at the pilings of the car port to gain entry. Ross switched gears and went into squirrel capturing. It was not an easy task as we had a neighbor that was constantly disturbing the traps and releasing the squirrels. Ross worked diligently to bait, capture and release even with this neighbor! All in all, they caught 2 raccoons and 8 squirrels! This week they came back and pulled out the nest, sanitized the area and closed up the new opening. They also removed 2 more squirrels. This was a much longer process than we anticipated but Ross was diligent, patient and cooperative to work with. We had several techs come and I received an email update every day. One tech in particular, Emily, went above and beyond to help us deal with the animals and the neighbor. She was amazing and is such an asset to the company. I would highly recommend recommend Ross Environmental and would definitely use them again! read more

Choose anyone but this company. Despite homeowner input as to situation, they ignored our suggestions like using real wood or sheet metal to seal the hole in the facia the first time the raccoon got into the attic. So you guess it, 5 months later not only did they catch the wrong raccoon the first time but it returned and broke in the very same spot the second time and had babies. The so called wildlife expert (former state wildlife life officer) visited and swore up and down the raccoon activity had stopped even though we said otherwise. Soon after my attic turned into a raccoon maternity ward. Requiring immediate action by Ross. Damage to our attic was extensive including the roof shingles torn to pieces. The process is crazy too. They close the trap Friday and return Monday to open it. So you loose 3 nights of trapping and since the animal needs to be trapped first before sealing the entry point, you live with a gaping hole until its trapped. Really bad if it's a hole in your roof and water is leaking in. To live this nightmare once was horrific but twice was a ticket to a mental hospital. Every night the animals were having a party at 2am in the roof insulation/attic. I had this company and its owner on speed dial. Investigate thoroughly whoever you choose. This process is further acerbated by over regulation by New Jersey. The animal has more rights and safeguards than the home's inhabitants. read more

Call back I was interested in mouse extermination, was ready to sign a contract and left hanging out with no call back no text no nothing

Was charged before I had any services done, and from right then and there I knew they were messy and I should have cancelled. Called, and was told that was a mistake, and it should be credited towards initial cost. No credit came through, when I called and spoke to manager, they explained that nothing will be credited since flea and tick is separate services. During consultation, I was explained that total cost would be $150 for initial with flea and tick included in the price. And i verbalized with sales person that this was true. One person tells me one thing, and another tells me something else. Long story short, they are messy and its been a headache before I even got services done and i dont recommend. read more

Ross Solutions did an absolute horrible job. Three weeks ago, I reached out to this company to trap a skunk underneath my porch/deck. They charged me over $600 for their "services" and assured me they were experts in this field and would remove the skunk from my premise. They never did such thing, in fact the skunk is still under my deck/porch and my house still has a skunk smell. The company used outdated traps and bait, they never once went under my porch or deck to actually get the animal(s), they did nothing but collect a payment! Additionally, Ross Solutions is refusing to give me a refund, because I have to reach out to another pest control company to actually get the job done. At this point I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. read more

We have had a contract with Ross for sometime now. They used to be very good, but most recently they have been slacking. The technician scheduled to treat one of my rentals asked my tenant what he was supposed to do and when the tenant tried to explain some of what he had seen done on a previous visit by another technician, that was the only thing he did. Additionally, according to our tenant, the technician left a mess. read more

Do not go by the 4-5 star reviews and ratings for this business. You will regret it. The owner, the workers and the girl who answers the phone-Amanda- they are all rude. No one cares that we have been been out of out house for over a month. For a job that is taking longer than expected, we assumed that the guys would finish the last steps so we can get our lives back to normal. We should have been the first in their list to get this done this week Now we wait another week. Countless emails writing our desperation and frustrations have been replied back by Harry, who lacks any empathy and care. Another huge blow for us when they scheduled the guys to finish at the end of the week. It should have been today!! 100% failure. Again- seek out another company. Do your research. This company is spread thin. We have lost all faith and trust. read more

Signing into a two year contract without knowing its a two year contract is not fair business practices. Ross is more than willing to come to your property when you have a problem. They will diagnose the issue and give you a solutions. That's the good part. The bad part is that they offer a quarterly service that is the obvious choice. The part they don't bother to mention EVER. Is that its a two year contract. The agreement is handed to you AFTER you have signed it. Unless you take the time to read the thing you are screwed if you want to change companies or discontinue service. Not happy. read more

Same day service. Polite, charming technician. Eco friendly products. I would give a five star but apparently there was some miscommunication between each other, on their end. I will use again. read more

My husband & I paid $100 for someone to come out to do an "inspection" and quoted us $450 to trap and relocate the groundhog that we KNOW is in our backyard. The "inspection" was less than 10 minutes and she didn't tell us anything we didn't already know. So basically we paid $100 for a quote when in reality they could have just told us over the phone how much it would cost. Total waste of $100. We paid $100 for literally NOTHING. read more

Ross has been fantastic to us and does a great job. Other family members use them as well. Used other services and don't get the service we get. Our service guy I Nick and I think he's awesome. Had a bee/wasp net up by one of our flood lights and he got a pole of some kind, and got rid of them. I'm in Williamstown in the boonies and trust me, with 7 acres we have all kinds of action here :) Thank you Ross! read more

Worst service. They said we had squirrels in our wall from our attic. Never found one. Put in a new attic fan never connected it. Estimate was approximately $700 less than the bill. When I tried to dispute the bill I was put in collects. Would never recommend and certainly would not utilize again. In South Jersey, go somewhere else!! read more
