It's rare to find a company that cares more about quality vs. the quantity but I am happy to say…read morethat I found one and they will be my contractor for all my future needs. PFS worked on two projects for me and both times did an amazing job with little to no disruption to my daily routine. The first job was repairing my basement floor quickly after a flood. Once they were done, you would have never known there was an issue. Since that went so well, I decided to have them build my deck. All I can say is, I couldn't be happier! Brian, the owner, personally built my deck as if it was his own. He made sure to put extra reinforcements and made other subtle changes that would make it sturdy and beautiful! Thanks to him, I have a beautiful outdoor space that I absolutely love and is envied by all of my friends and neighbors. I definitely would suggest PFS Construction to anyone that is looking to have quality work done in a timely manner. Thanks, Brian!

I recently contracted Bresch to repair a window and was given a quote with the understanding that…read moreif there were more damage to the area surrounding the window, the price would increase. When the window was torn apart, additional repairs were needed and he never came by to give me another estimate for the expanded work that would be involved. When I got the bill he charged me over twice the going rate for a contractor - i clearly felt that because he did not provide an estimate, he took advantage of the situation. I wrote to the Better Business Bureau, but they would not help because they completed the work. BEWARE! if you use this contractor make sure everything is in writing and do not assume that you will be fairly billed - because he will inflate the bill to more than double what it should be and the BBB won't help because it is a billing matter... IT is too bad because he just lost my future business because of this incident.

Sean was referred to me by a friend. My first impression when we met at the house, he knows what…read morehe's talking about. He had no issues answering my questions or dressing my concerns without being cocky or condescending... something a lot of contractors need to learn these days. I decided to hire him to install my kitchen for my full home remodel. I have zero regrets choosing him for the job. He did an excellent job and he did it right. I really liked his quality of work and his work ethic. I decided to ask him for a couple more estimates for other jobs that still need to be completed. I hired him for those jobs also. Sean's work is top notch at a fair price. Sean knows what he is doing without question. He's honest and has a great deal of pride in his work.... and it shows. He fully honored his contracts and didn't skip on completing any of the work I hired him to do. When he was done for the day he made sure he, and his assistant Zack, cleaned up before they left for the day. I've had several contractors in my house since this project started. There's only two that I would highly recommend. Sean is one of them. The other contractor was the electrician. I still have more work that needs to be done in the future. I trust Sean enough to make sure he will be the contractor I'll call when I'm ready to start getting those jobs completed.

They set up the 'Angies List' connection. On the first visit, the tech stated that a part was needed to do the job. He comes on 2nd visit, states that the garbage disposal is larger and we needed to get a smaller 1/2 size. No mention of the part he needed to buy which was assessed on the 1st visit. Now we have to return the product to Lowe's. Time wasted here and unfortunate/inconvenient that on the 'first visit', all of these 'potentials' were not reviewed, noticed or assessed prior so that that there would not be the need for a 3rd visit/prolonging the installation. An uncomfortable feeling looms in the air. This is was the experience, my fair observation and review. First time contacting this contractor. This was the service Lowe's initially provided/recommended.
