After about 20 minutes Jeremy reponsed with very reasonable quote and the capability to do the work the next day.He showed up on time with his assistant and they did a 5 Star quality ,my house looked brand new. Jeremy and his assistant were very polite , good communications through the entire process from quote to finish up on thr requsted job, in short very professional. Jeremy went above and beyond what we originally agreed to by soft washing my front porch and side walk. I was skeptical as they are the only contractors Lumber Liquidators refers to but I can understand why they maintain that referral relationship: SW Contractors are top notch. Our job was an involved one as we were ripping out tile and carpet throughout our downstairs and putting down hardwood in the kitchen, living, two closets, hallway, bathroom and entryway. Steve came to the house and was able to give a detailed (and pretty competitive) quote right then and there. We had some tight scheduling issues as I wanted the rest of the family out of the house for the install. Laura, the business/office manager, worked with me to get our project scheduled on exactly the days I needed. The crew of three arrived and immediately got to work. By mid-morning, they already had ALL the demo done! Jose, William and Eduardo were fast and meticulous - even taking extra (unexpected) steps to minimize the mess (which, if you've ever removed tile, you know there is a LOT of mess!) They hauled away all of their waste when they were done, too and even kept their work area neat between project days- something I didn't expect but really appreciated. I LOVE my new floor. We went with the taller baseboards as Steve recommended and the finished product is gorgeous, contemporary and SO clean! Laura was even helpful in getting some questions answered for me after the install was finished and emphasized that they would be more than happy to come take a look at anything should I have any concerns.

On top of that they are kind, responsive, and organized. Chris will provide a very detailed invoice once he has reviewed the project which was super helpful. They took a small and dingy bathroom of mine and widened it, tackling many surprises along the way that most contractors would ask you to specialists for due to their narrow skill set. Instead, we were able to continue making progress (reinforcing joists, replacing cast iron with PVC etc) which resulted in an awesome final product!
