Andrey was truly a lifesaver for us and a dream to work with, after we had experienced the opposite type of situation with a former contractor on our house. We had just completed a new addition on our home and the new bathroom was leaking, the tile work was shoddy & the whole brand-new walk-in shower had to be completely ripped out and re-done. Wow. Just WOW! A former contractor left our bathroom unusable for two months. Andre of Blue Ridge Tile was one of the contractors to give us a quote to rip out the new but ruined work and remodel the bathroom. The quote was pleasant. The work was great. But the experience of working with Andre was just amazing. Don't be fooled by his quiet speaking always listening demeanor, or his somewhat youthful appearance. I found it very relaxing to work with Andre. When "the boss", that be the wife of 44 years, started a 40-minute discussion of a single light fixture, Andre handled it nicely, openly, and asked questions to get to the point of what she wanted. He was always patient and always understanding. If things got convoluted, Andre would ask "have you seen or considered a feature of...."
