Our system was repaired by Straight Paths 10 times before the system was turned on. The pipes were deemed faulty and the system wasn't replaced. I should have pushed for the system to be replaced but I didn't. I thought David would stand behind his work. That was a mistake on my part. We have had to repair the system several times over the past 3 years. The past 2 repairs David was contacted and he told us we needed to have grace and mercy. The repairs were completed by another company. I wanted to post this review just so people can be aware of the issues we have experienced.

Avoid Collins Landscape at all cost. The used car salesman of landscaping . Dishonest /…read moremisleading. Collins purposely shorts the product you order with their miniature "scoop" size. And once their delivery truck dumps at your site and you immediately realize that you were misled, you're stuck. Their Driver claims ignorance, admits something doesn't look right, takes multiple pics, and recommends you call the office as he drives away. The owner Gary Collins is, of course, unavailable / unresponsive for days and the manager's response is to ask if you want to purchase even more. LOL. They, after the payment and delivery when questioned, suddenly report they use a smaller Special Scoop Size than you will find at almost any other supplier (their scoop magically weighs your product... not a Yard but their version of a guesstimation "ton scoop." Yep not a Yard scoop that otherwise is the industry standard.) And you end up severely shorted with rock weighing 1.3 to 1.5 tons per yard scoop costing you and profiting Collins big bucks. So, when Collins is trying to sell you "Scoops", you better get in writing that it's not a cooking scoop or a news reporter scoop. Dont trust them. Dont pay in advance. Watch Them closely when loading your purchase... or Simply save yourself and just shop somewhere else. SHAME on you Collins Landscape of Anderson

When I asked Alex at Bright Exteriors if he was up to surprising my husband with a lighting demo, he was all in. I worked out a date night with the hubby and while we were out, Alex set everything up. When we pulled up to the Bright Exteriors demo, my husband's surprise was genuine and delighted! Alex's demo is amazing, we had the ability to move and adjust all of the lighting elements, and light different areas of the house and yard, just to see what it would look like. Alex was incredibly enthusiastic to hear our ideas and try anything. Our happiness was his number one priority, and it was So. Much. Fun. Alex has a great eye for lighting design, and it wasn't long before we had the perfect layout. The installation was professional, we love the fixtures (Bright Exteriors has several options to choose from), and the end result makes such a difference in the look of our house. My neighbor hired the company to remove an old oak tree. Tree was approximately 4 feet in diameter…read moreand 5 feet in from the property line. During the course of removing the tree, a 3'x3' piece of the trunk broke through my privacy fence. Took pictures of the piece sticking through the fence. Let the workers know that a piece broke through my fence. They said the would fix it. several of the fence slats were cracked/broken. the horizontal 2x4 support was completely broken, and the 4x4 support post was loose. "Fixing it" entailed nailing the broken and dislodged planks back to the broken 2x4 rail and leaving the fence propped against my bush. My wife called the company and they said that they fixed what they broke. My wife said that the fence was now leaning into our bush. They claimed to have taken pictures prior to starting work and said the fence already leaned. I have dash cam footage from parking in my driveway from days before the work started, the day of, and days after they finished. In the video from prior to the damage, the fence did lean, by about 6 degrees and did NOT touch the bush at all. After the damage and subsequent "repair", the fence leaned by 11 degrees and was clearly into the branches of the bush. Even if the fence leaned slightly, in what world is nailing back up broken fence slats and a broken 2x4 considered an acceptable repair?
