I was freaked out, it was late at night, I can't give ticks as party favors!! I called Viking as a brand new customer and explained my dilemma. Less than 12 hours after hubbies attack our yard was being treated by technician Danny (photo incase I got name wrong) I'm extremely happy with the yard plan I purchased and I was told 1st treatment won't be 100% I can honestly say no one complained (I asked lol) tick fee and didn't need to light torches for mosquitoes!! Thank you Danny for being so efficient on our large woodsy property!!

Why did none of your traps catch anything but two of ours did I called you both times? So if what you did, it's not working and we still have active mice infestation because I still have the pictures then why would you want to come out and do the same thing and why would I pay you to come out and do the same thing if it didn't work the first time I am totally confused.

I would totally give this business zero stars if I could I…read morehad a lot of hopes when I called them after discovering we had a mice problem in my house at the holidays owner came out placed 20 traps and told us he "sealed the perimeter" he was there for about an hour charged me almost $300 Over the next two months we kept seeing persistent mice droppings in our closet kevin came out twice and checked his traps but they were always empty- out of desperation I put out other traps of my own next to his and caught two mice ! Now he is telling me I only had a 30 day warranty so it would be over $400 for him to come out again-clearly nothing he did helped at all so I don't understand if what he did a month and a half ago clearly did not work. Why would I pay him more money to come out and do the same thing? After spending all that money, we are left dealing with the situation on our own, I cannot recommend this business

I had to call Chuck on Fourth of July for a mice issue at one of my Airbnbs, he showed up for me even on his day off. I didn't have to refund the guest thanks to him. The 2 mice were actually killed a few days later (we found the dead bodies). Today they sent David out and took care of our cockroach issue. The guest was asking for a free stay and didn't get one because we had proof they were lying about the infestation. I will continue to work with them in the future on all my properties and the ones I manage. I highly recommend them!

I went there right after they left the property and found frass on a window sill inside the house. This was not on the report. I asked for them to go back and check the window sill. The rude lady on the phone (the inspector wife) told me that it was most likely fine and didn't need them to go back to check. I insisted and got an appointment for them to go back and check what was missed. Today, my agent told me that they called the seller's agent and they had a nasty attitude. And told the agent to tell me that they went to the property without actually going. This company is not trustworthy. Take your business elsewhere. Ps: They also missed a mud dubber next on the exterior of that window. Edit: gaslighting is the opposite of honesty.

After calling about 50 different businesses and organizations not a single one would give me the time of day or put in an emergency request to come out on MDW. Nick immediately responded to my distressing voicemail and let me know he was on his way and confident he could get the babies out for me. This man made some major magic happen and even without an attic access was able to extract the three large babies that were left behind. If it wasn't for him, they would certainly be dead by now. Nick - I truly can't thank you enough for your kindness and professionalism. In all of my life I don't think I've ever had to quickly handle such a distressing situation and I'm so glad you were the one to help me through it. Thank you for everything you do.
