I went there right after they left the property and found frass on a window sill inside the house. This was not on the report. I asked for them to go back and check the window sill. The rude lady on the phone (the inspector wife) told me that it was most likely fine and didn't need them to go back to check. I insisted and got an appointment for them to go back and check what was missed. Today, my agent told me that they called the seller's agent and they had a nasty attitude. And told the agent to tell me that they went to the property without actually going. This company is not trustworthy. Take your business elsewhere. My husband went and looked after it was so bad that we had to call another place to the tune of 7000.00 my mom's front lawn was covered with plastic bags full of dead rats, mice, and poop waist high. They said the mice rats, and poop were decaying so must have been there a long time Roger never said any of this. The new place redid the installation which was a mess as well from this. To be honest did not want to post and I am really not like that but my mom was very upset. Not good for business Roger, not good and not happy. U are lucky u got one star !
