I had told him that I was shopping some prices and asked if he was willing to match a price I found. He said he was not able to which is fine but then he blocked me on facebook. When reaching out to his business to follow up, his assistant Kerri told me they were "overbooked and going to have to pass" when the night before the owner told us he could be here today. I understand the willingness not to negotiate a price but the pettiness being received by a professional company and owner is unfathomable. Please take your business elsewhere and pay a little more if you have to because dealing with the owner, his assistant and his business was like dealing with a child.

Why did none of your traps catch anything but two of ours did I called you both times? So if what you did, it's not working and we still have active mice infestation because I still have the pictures then why would you want to come out and do the same thing and why would I pay you to come out and do the same thing if it didn't work the first time I am totally confused.

Now he is telling me I only had a 30 day warranty so it would be over $400 for him to come out again-clearly nothing he did helped at all so I don't understand if what he did a month and a half ago clearly did not work. Why would I pay him more money to come out and do the same thing? After spending all that money, we are left dealing with the situation on our own, I cannot recommend this business

I went there right after they left the property and found frass on a window sill inside the house. This was not on the report. I asked for them to go back and check the window sill. The rude lady on the phone (the inspector wife) told me that it was most likely fine and didn't need them to go back to check. I insisted and got an appointment for them to go back and check what was missed. Today, my agent told me that they called the seller's agent and they had a nasty attitude. And told the agent to tell me that they went to the property without actually going. This company is not trustworthy. Take your business elsewhere. Ps: They also missed a mud dubber next on the exterior of that window. Edit: gaslighting is the opposite of honesty.

I was freaked out, it was late at night, I can't give ticks as party favors!! I called Viking as a brand new customer and explained my dilemma. Less than 12 hours after hubbies attack our yard was being treated by technician Danny (photo incase I got name wrong) I'm extremely happy with the yard plan I purchased and I was told 1st treatment won't be 100% I can honestly say no one complained (I asked lol) tick fee and didn't need to light torches for mosquitoes!! Thank you Danny for being so efficient on our large woodsy property!!

He was professional and the service was above and beyond what I have had previously (from Viking). He was the first person to ever crawl into our crawl space to address the source of the ant problem (despite the fact that it was 95+ day). Gary told us he would call or text if his time of arrival wasn't between 2-4pm that day as promised, and which we appreciated. 30 minutes later, Gary called back to say he freed up and could come to our home, which he did right away. He was an excellent communicator, very professionally presented in both truck and dress, and took a careful look to then tell us it was a type of ladybug but not bedbugs - fortunately. We were relieved since we had family coming, and could not have been happier with Pestcore and Gary. Oh, and there was no charge since no work was done. I offered to pay but they politely declined and said they appreciated our business. Excellent service and good to know they are around should we need them again.
