I couldn't be more thankful for the quick response and timing! I can't wait to not see these things flying around anymore! Highly recommend to anyone looking to give their money to a private business! The price was fair and even quoted me what it would be if a retreat would be if needed.

I had 1st Response come out to get rid of Silverfish in my basement. They were here on Wednesday…read moreand spent the entire morning spraying and vacuuming with a big industrial Shop Vac. They seemed professional and well equipped. By Saturday, we were overrun with mice and more Silverfish than we had before they were here. I tried calling the emergency number and because it was a Holiday, they didn't call me back until the following week. They sent a guy out to look at the situation and he said he was the Owner's Son. They wanted to charge me the same Fee that they charged me on the first visit, saying they should have had access to the rest of the House! Never again. Don't trust these people and DON'T PAY THEM until you're sure they did the job. Bait and Switch takes on a whole new meaning when it comes to these Exterminators. Call a Big Company if you want results.

I would have given a higher rating if the problem was eliminated but it wasn't. I called and spoke…read moreto Bob who in turn acted promptly the same day. I found out I had a bed bug problem. Well I was frantic about getting the problem resolved as soon as possible ( this was mid August). We set up an appointment so the house could be treated and Bob informed me on how to pretreat the household items and clothing prior to the extermination treatments. To make a long story short after three treatments with thirty day intervals in between treatments the bedbug situation was not getting better but worst. Instead of seeing dead bedbugs after spraying and staying away from the house for seven hours at a time, because of the pesticides, we saw a couple of live ones crawling around. At this time it's November almost Thanksgiving. It all began in one of the bedrooms by this time I found one crawling on the frame of my kitchen! That was the end of it for me! Mind you I called Bob to let him know about it. He sent his grandson over the next day to confirm that what I trapped on my door frame in my kitchen was a bedbug. I asked what was going to be done about it and the reply was that I had to wait another thirty days because my house was just treated. I guess another thirty days for these bugs to reproduce and cause more havoc lol. Don't get me wrong, I really like Bob and Kyle, they're very pleasant and compassionate people. However, combating even the smallest bed bug problem like I had became too much and started to become an infestation problem. With that said I do not recommend them to combat bed bugs by no means at all. They maybe good for other pest control services. However, if you have bed bugs stay away!

I called this company around 4pm, and the owner calmed me down and talked me through the next steps. His grandson showed up the next morning at about 9am. He did a thorough inspection of all the furniture, and even took pictures of what he found to send for a second opinion. Turned out I had Carpet beetles. He treated the house for that and even treated the outside. They charged me what I thought was a fair price, so I gave a decent tip. I don't I would have gotten the same service from the larger chains.

We had some animal "squatters" living in the ceiling of our carport at the shore. We were unsure of…read morewhat type of animal we were dealing with but when I contacted Ross Environmental they went in full force to humanely evict anything that was up there. The traps were set and baited every day , except weekend because there is anyone to check them. They were checked daily and either rebaited, if needed, or took the animal to be released 10 miles away. At first they caught 2 raccoons and we thought we were done so they sealed up the opening. Apparently, there were squirrels up there too! The squirrels now chewed at the pilings of the car port to gain entry. Ross switched gears and went into squirrel capturing. It was not an easy task as we had a neighbor that was constantly disturbing the traps and releasing the squirrels. Ross worked diligently to bait, capture and release even with this neighbor! All in all, they caught 2 raccoons and 8 squirrels! This week they came back and pulled out the nest, sanitized the area and closed up the new opening. They also removed 2 more squirrels. This was a much longer process than we anticipated but Ross was diligent, patient and cooperative to work with. We had several techs come and I received an email update every day. One tech in particular, Emily, went above and beyond to help us deal with the animals and the neighbor. She was amazing and is such an asset to the company. I would highly recommend recommend Ross Environmental and would definitely use them again!
