Highly recommend! From the very first phone call I made to them, everyone was so nice and helpful. They were very welcoming when I came down and Mark was straight forward and honest. They care more about safety and making sure all tests are run to ensure that safety, which was very important to me. They quickly gave me an estimate and everything was run through them and my insurance company (I was hit). The process was easy and they did amazing work. It all happened when the pandemic first started and they answered any and every question I had about getting my car fixed. Had some minor repairs needed to the body of my car and chose liberty for their excellent reviews and I was not disappointed. My insurance did not cover a rental and my insurance was not helpful at all, even though my car was going to be out of commission for over a week. Liberty referred to me a rental car company and offered a discounted rate, and then later offered me their loaner car. Luckily, once my insurance figured out payment they had my car fixed within days. Everyone I worked with (Carl, Miranda; I believe was her name, Tom and Donny) were amazing, but Donny went the extra mile to contiuously keep me updated. I'm really thankful for Liberty Collision. They were available to get me in right away and start working on my vehicle as soon as the insurance agent inspected it. They were extremely kind, respectful, and transparent with all of the repairs. They have good relationships with Progressive and the car rental businesses in the area which made me feel better about using them because I had no idea where to go and I'm so glad I used them. The repair tuned out incredible, they were extremely thorough and clean- above and beyond clean. I knew they would have to clean the outside to do the repair, but the cleaned the inside too and did a pre and post Covid sanitation. I brought my 2017 GMC Sierra Denali in to them for repairs after a collision. Had to leave it there for several weeks due to the Covid 19. The manufacturing company that we needed parts from was closed due to Covid 19. Donnie is the owner and new I needed my truck back as the rental costs were mounting up. My mechanics caused some minor damage to my car during a maintenance visit. They arranged to have the damaged fixed here. While it was at Liberty I had them fix some other body issues. Charlie explained different options for the repair and recommended the least expensive. I had foot surgery so was not able to pick up my car until I arranged for help. Charlie decided to deliver my car to my home. That was a tremendous help. We examined the car and the workmanship was spectacular. I had done a cost/benefit analysis and had decided that to make an 8 year old car perfect was not worth the extra cost . I went around town to five different body shops to get different quotes, and the staff here was absolutely the most personable and polite. I have a 2010 Corolla that was oxidizing pretty bad on the roof and began to rust underneath in different portions, so I really wanted to get it repainted and taken care of. Charlie took extra time to really look at every part of my car and gave me suggestions tailored to what I was saying that I wanted done. He ended up e-mailing me super detailed quotes which he got to me promptly later that day. Donnie at Liberty is my newest customer, soni took my car there to have some work done on the bumper. Not only was Liberty Collision very quick about getting my car repaired and back to me, they offered me a loaner. The biggest suprise is when I got the car back, the owner went through the whole car for me. He showed me in detail what he did, from were there was damage to where he went above and beyond at no cost. Then when I got the car back, the car had a full tank of gas, and was detailed inside. Now I don't really want to write this last part, because I know my job was a decent side one, and I'm a vendor of his, and we now eachother personality out side of business, So don't expext it I guess. If I could give Liberty Collision more than five stars I would. I have used them in the past for sever jobs and I have used the owner Donnie for years to do all my body work. I recently had my bumper on my Audi replaced due to some external damage. I was on a serious time crunch to have it replaced but Donnie and his team had no problem repairing my vehicle on short notice. They also did some additional buffing to remove a few scratches. I met with Donnie and he seemed a little unprofessional. The person who hit me had insurance that picked the shop you went to out of two estimates you submitted. They chose this shop. They also told me Donnie had lied to them and told them I had prior damage, which was just a paint chip, so the insurance company assumed I was not forthright in my claims and refused to pay for any damage that may have been found as a result of an inspection after the bumper was removed. Donnie is not on your side but rather the people who hit you. I decided I'd rather pay extra money out of my own pock at another shop then take my car here. They also don't understand the rental car part that goes with insurance rentals. Take your car somewhere else. Trust me I've been in the Insurance/auto body/Car Rental businesses and you can find a shop that will treat you better and be there for you. read more

At first it didn't seem like we had much damage, but Donnie and his team stripped the front off the car and were able to find all the areas that needed repair.
