They took over half the year to repair the vehicle and during the entire time kept on giving us the run around and blaming the "adjuster" or insurance company for their lack of effort. Had to report them to the insurance company for since a lot of the parts the insurance paid for on the claim and they charged them were supposed to be "new" but they were actually used parts in worse condition than what was on the car already. Had to go back multiple times and the guys we worked with often forgot about stuff they said before and contradicted themselves when we asked questions, about other things just randomly appearing and being broken as they went on with the repairs. Ended up paying from out of pocket for stuff that wasn't even involved in the accident that after going to their shop magically went bad or broke. After more than a year we are still dealing and taking the vehicle to an actual dealership to finish up the job they should have done correctly. If you visit the shop, they have tons of vehicles, and its utterly a mess and disgusting in there. It really looks like they take on way more work than they can handle. Their lot is full of cars just sitting there. And to top to off, the lady at the front desk talks way too much....

They kept the shipping and would not refund, even though it was clearly their fault for ordering the incorrect part to begin with. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We brought the car back a few months later to get the blending done at an extra expense. Maybe our first experience was just a fluke. No it wasn't. Upon them having our car for a week, and no return phone calls on when the work was to be complete, the owner being disrespectful, we learned it wasn't a fluke. There were so many issues with the second repair, from the owners lack of communication to even threatening an extra tow charge (which we drove it there) since the husband had paid and picked up the keys and couldn't have someone help him pick it up until the next day.
