I gave them the go ahead and less than two hours later they called to say it was done. They also texted an app to me, making the credit card payment process super easy. My truck is so quiet now I'm afraid I'm going to hear whatever else may be wrong with it (smiling). I am totally sold on Big Al's and have already started spreading the word to my friends and family. I paid for a complete transmission rebuild. When I got it back, it was worse. The automatic shift…read morewould go from first to third and skip second. Sometimes it would remain in third after a stop and wouldn't move until I manually shifted it to first gear. When it downshifted to passing gear, it slipped some befor engaging. After I brought it back under warranty, it still slipped in passing gear. While doing some work on the engine, I discovered that the transmission was covered with dried up oil residue like it was never removed or rebuilt. When I contacted them, they said it had been rebuilt. After my lawyer contacted them for parts receipts, they didn't comply. They aren't the original owners and appear to be operating on the former owner's good reputation. I would not recommend them for anything beyond putting air in your tires. They also damaged my newly painted hood and didn't even pay for the repair.
