It seems like a very secure place. There's a coded key gate that prevents people from just going in and vandalizing your boat. However, I've heard rumors about people who may have the code or who own boats vandalizing other people's boats. But that's just a rumor. The parking spaces seem reasonable because not everyone who owns a boat uses them. It's not really spacious for guests, but other than that, it seems like it's in a very peaceful location. It's also down the road from a couple of marinas where you can grab some pretty good food and beverages. So, I would say that it's suitable for what it's worth. If I owned a boat, I could see myself paying for a space here.

He made sure the suspension was calibrated for me down to the pound, wheeled the bike to the shop so that the smart features were working properly (it required expertise from the technicians), and even crawled into the cab of my truck to get it to fit, then had me lift the tailgate, such that he had to contort his body to crawl through the tiny window to get back out (he insisted)! You can't find service at a company where an employee will sacrifice their body to guarantee gear gets home safely, except at evo, apparently.

They notify you that they no longer work on leather items and offer to recycle your garment or send it back to you at your expense. No where on their website or Instagram do they mention that they no longer work on leather. I spoke with Matt the "manager" regarding this and he agreed that the website needs to be updated and that he would get my jacket returned today. Two hours later I get a notification from AmEx that I have been billed by Rainy Pass Repair for a shipping charge. When I spoke with Matt after seeing the charge he told me "that's the way we do business." He then said I could write the owner an email to the general email address and he would forward it. I suppose I should believe him but that might be difficult considering the level of service they appear to provide. It would be like taking your Buick back to the shop that repaired it last month only to be told, "We don't work on Buicks here anymore" even though the sign outside said "We work on Buicks." Beware or don't go there.

They quoted $75 during drop-off (where tailor came out to review and verbally quote to front desk worker), then made me pay $121 for pickup. Shame on me for not making them provide me with written quote at drop off and also accepting their upcharge. I should have told them to keep the jacket but that's not my style. I believe in paying for quality work (which they have) but will not be a return customer due to how they conduct business.
