Lunch with family. Outstanding burger and fries!!!
Scott P.

My second trip to Lexie's and I was not disappointed. The food is great, the prices reasonable, and the service quick and friendly. I have read that it can be loud, but it as not been the two times I went. Definitely a great option, whether you are alone or with others!

This was the pepper jack and jalapenos burger with chipotle aoli. Strawberry Lemonade

Cute, small and affordable place. The hamburger was good but they use premade burgers I have had better. They offer gluten free bun which is nice. They say they cut fresh frenchfries and they did seem that way. It was clean and busy but one and done is good for me.

Interesting place. There are two sides. You can choose to take the food to go or move to the other side of the building and eat in. The place seems to be trying to attempt to be a 50's burger type joint. Loud oldies music. The acoustics are a meh. The layout of the place seems like it was just thrown together with wobbly tables and slightly uncomfortable benches. I do like the encouragement of kids drawing their interpretation of the business logo of Peace, Love & Burgers. In fact, even though the food was ok, I like this aspect the most. I have the Green Muenster and Fried Pickles. The burger is a good size and tasty. I was hoping for a bit more of a bite of spice. The pickled onions were coated in an armor of batter that was a bit salty. My partner had a burger special with gochujang. Interesting thought, but no spicy taste at all. He ordered onion rings with the same salty and armor-like batter. This stuff is hard on the jaw. The wait staff seemed pleasant, yet awkward. Overall, it was a good quick lunch. I would not seek this place out for a burger, but would do in a pinch.

Husband ordered the Big Catch $10.70 he only wanted cheese on the sandwich.

Overall a wonderful experience. I will definitely be back if I'm in the area…read more Staff was super friendly and loved talking to us. They were also very quick, and very professional. The burger was one of the juiciest most wonderful burger I've ever had. The menu selection was very good, and I was put in a predicament where I didn't know what to order because everything looked so fantastic. The price was a little on the high side, but great for what you get. The ambience is nice inside, and they also have outdoor seating.

He has since reopened a new business in the same location he had a taco place. (Of course, more than just tacos.) I was really bummed when that closed, but so happy he reopened into something new. The burgers are top notch. They are really good quality. Everything is fresh and made to order. We had a couple of his "off the menu" burgers and they did not disappoint. We also had a burger from the regular menu. I saw a FB post recently stating he created a Mexican dish that was being offered that day. Seriously, take it day by day and never go in with an expectation of what you "think" you will be ordering. He's full of surprises and we have never been disappointed with any dishes at any of his many business locations.

Character development! We love to see it. Both visits were during lunch, and the place was practically empty. Which, honestly, is fine by me. I had a typical cheese burger, and it was good, no complaints or wow's. Think Five Guys vibes: melted cheese, juicy, gooey, and gloriously messy. And let me be clear: a burger should require napkins and possibly a change of clothes. If I can eat it without making a complete ass of myself, is it even a burger? Just my palated opinion. Now, the atmosphere? I'm still confused. There's a bar, there's a stage, so I'm assuming this place transforms into THE destination on Thirsty Thursday or after the sun goes down. During lunch, though, it's giving upscale fast food having an identity crisis. You order at the counter, grab a placard, and the staff brings your food. Maybe a soda or frappe bar during the day; thinking Swig vibes!! There's also a small lounge-type area tucked into the corner near the bar, which, when the place is empty, appears to double as the staff's unofficial break room. The food is showing promise, but I haven't quite figured out the personality of this place yet. Maybe I need to experience its after-dark alter ego before passing judgment? Perhaps the real party starts when the lunch crowd disappears. Or perhaps I'm missing the secret handshake. Two visits in, the burger has my attention. The vibe is still very much on probation.
