She used sugaring technique, which for those who might not be familiar, is very difficult and if done incorrectly can be a not so pleasant experience. However, in my 10 years of waxing I can say this was in my top 3 greatest experiences. Jenna was friendly, welcoming and also extremely skilled in her technique.
