The gentleman was sweet and friendly and made sure I was happy with my nails. These are not my natural nails, but he made sure the layers of acrylic were even and thin where it literally feels like my "real" nails. The inside was clean, bright, and the staff was pleasant. I am very picky about my nails, and don't get them done very often unless it's a treat to myself, but also don't like complaining so writing this review is new territory for me but i wanna save the next girl from going through what i went through today... I was EXTREMELY disappointed in this place. I did not get the lady's name who did the first set, but she did not listen to me at all when i expressed that i wanted her to fix / redo certain things that i didn't like, she was very passive. then she tried to charge me $70 for the nails that lacked polish on the sides, were not cleaned up around the french tip properly, the flowers were uneven and sloppy, and i had gel nail polish ALL over my hands and somehow, even on my forearms. After expressing concern to who i believe was the owner/manager, she offered to redo them for me (see last 2 pictures for results). they're definitely MUCH better than the first set, but NOT AT ALL worth the $70 i paid for them as they are still somewhat uneven and overfiled. I sat in this nail salon for 4 1/2 hours to get these nails done.. and after paying almost $80 including the tip, im extremely disappointed, as i was just trying to do something to make myself feel good and was definitely taken advantage of. I would only recommend coming here if you are able to get the owner/manager to do your nails, but other than that, this was the first (and last time) i'll be coming here, and i do not recommend it at all. read more

I called yesterday morning and made an appointment for a pedi. I got there at the scheduled time and was told to go sit at the pedi chair. There were 3 customers in the salon at this time, one woman getting her nails done and 2 getting pedi's. There was one young man doing the 2 pedi's. I asked him if I had to wait for him to finish the 2 pedi's and he just pointed at the woman doing the other woman's nails. I took my cousin because well I didn't know where else to go I got a simple nail but because I didn't get anything fancy I was there for 4hrs waiting to get paint then they did not dry each layer of paint so I had a dry top layer and wet bottom layers because of this my nails wrinkled up in the shower same day they were painted. read more

Just had a nice, relaxing massage while reviving my pedicure. The pressure always could be more for me because I like massages to be uncomfortable, but this was the best I've had since moving back to MI. I will be back for sure! read more

Over the last few years I've seen a few different nail techs here for both manicures and pedicures, and the results were mixed. But for the last six months only Tracy has done my (gel, sometimes acrylic) manicures and she is perfection. She's quick but careful and does a beautiful job. After three weeks my nails look as perfect as they did the day of my manicure. read more

The place is clean, reasonably priced, they use sterilized tools for each customer. I have never had gel nails last as long as they have from here (3 weeks). Waited a while, so I would recommend making an appointment, but I'd definitely go back. read more

If you go to Tracy for your nails, you will have an amazing maicure, she is fast, clean, great quality work and will not hurt you. Tanny is quite good also, a bit rougher, but good if you are not sensative. I've been going since they opened, I really like the nails. The pedicures....not so good. The guy they have doing them now rips your feet up pretty good. read more

This used to be my favorite place to go. I've gone here for about 6 years. Until, I took off the nail polish on my toes and saw the worst fungal infection ever. My doctor said it's from pedicures and that she's seen way too many of these. It's from the use of dirty tools. I am so upset because I am about to lose my entire toe nail. I went today to get acrylic nails. I had a gentleman do my nails and it was the worst experience ever. He rushed through and they ended up not at all what I wanted. I asked for them to be rounded off not square, his reply was 'square is good'. Then he proceeded to try and make me get gel polish even though I already had the regular polish picked out. He told me it was $35 for gel. I said I wanted regular and he said no pick these and pointed to the gel. Then I said no I want the regular for the $25 and he just shook his head and said $35 so I told him no polish at all and I would do it myself at home. When he was done my nails were crooked at the tops as if he just wanted to finish. My friend went after me to the same man and while filing her nails done cut her and did nothing as she bled. She ended up getting regular polish not gel but he only charged her $25 and never pushed her for gel. I am never going back. read more
