Instead of soaking them first to soften the acrylic, he immediately tried to cut them off, which was painful. I told him it was hurting, but he kept using the electric machine and cutting into the acrylic. Only after that did he add liquid to try to soften the nails, but by then the whole process was already very messy and uncomfortable. This is not the proper way acrylic nails should be removed. Because of this, my natural nails are now very damaged and look terrible. I was also concerned about the cleanliness of the tools. They did not appear to be properly sanitized, and now I'm worried because I may have developed a fungal infection on my nails. Overall, this was a very bad experience. I would not recommend coming here for nail services.

Everyone is exceedingly complimentary without sounding fake and I always leave feeling great. I did have an issue one time with not loving my color, and it was corrected and remedied ASAP -- I didn't even really have to say anything or ask, which is nice. Or speaking in another language and carrying on complete conversations while doing my Nails's. This is extremely rude. I moved here from the Tampa Bay Area in Florida and the choices for nail salons were endless. Not here, I'm afraid as I think I have been to almost all salons that people have recommended to me. The people at the salon speak perfect English which is a plus. It is not very nice when some salons speak another language right in front of you as they are doing your nails. They get quite busy, so I suggest an appointment. But they do walk-ins but you are taking a chance as the availability is limited. I have been coming here for about two years now and never have had a problem. They are located in the plaza that has Tropical smoothie and K-Mart. The prices are within the range of other salons. The owners, which I have got to know after coming here for awhile are awesome. If you speak English and feel uncomfortable at a salon that does not, or if you have problems at your current salon, this is the place you ought to be. The owners are married and the wife does my nails now. I just tell her what color and let her do her magic. Sometimes I just say "you pick out something." Almost every time she does my nails, I get compliments.

Otherwise amazing service and reasonably priced. Edit: I got my nails done at 12 and it's 2:30. I haven't done anything strenuous, I saw a movie after getting them done, and one is already cracked and about to fall off (see picture). Not sure if I'll be going back.
