I left feeling myself and feeling beautiful. We always have great conversation and since I met her I feel like we're always choppin it up like we've known each other forever. Giving the whole tea. This is my second time having my brows microbladed and I 10/10 recommend her! I drive from Mount pleasant just to see her and I am positive I will continue to do so just for her amazing care, attention to detail, and welcoming environment. Her spa is super cute and she always has the best snacks.

My first experience here was for an updo and unfortnatly it was so bad I had to take it out when I…read moregot home - it was clear that this girl had no experience with updos and I do not think they should have allowed her to try on me, a paying customer. My second expierence was coming in for a manicure and the person could not do french tips, I have never encountered that before because it seems like a very basic "design". My third and final experience was recently when I was given a gift card for a mani/pedi/massage and I was not interested in the massage as I do not like them, but it was a gift, so I asked if I could use the remainer of the balance after covering the mani/pedi on a different service and they said no. So that is why I am leaving this review because that is poor customer service. I have not left a bad review prior even with my bad experiences because the staff has always been SO nice. But this time it was not a great experience due to customer service. Additionally, my GEL manicure started chipping in TWO days, whereas I have gone other places where it has lasted me 4 weeks. So I believe they are either not training their staff well, or they don't use quality products. Which for how expensive it is there, they should be doing both of those things. I would not recommend going here, unless you are in a pinch. Still leaving two stars because the girls who have given my services have been very nice and I think that is worth mentioning.

Not exactly what I was hoping for in a "day spa" vibe. My stylist was Chelsea. She was pleasant and didn't talk too much, which I appreciated since I told her I was looking for some downtime. I'm happy overall with my cut, but sort of felt rushed by her. I've noticed several split ends since too, which is disappointing since I told her I wanted the ends cleaned up and healthy. She did a very nice scalp massage during the shampoo though and did a nice job targeting products that I might like.

I do not know the lady's name who did my eyebrows, but I asked her not to arch them, only to clean them up and she did an amazing job. I was in and out within 10 minutes. It is also reasonably priced, about $10. Cons: None really, I would just suggest the ladies introduce theirselves to new customers that way if we like the service we know exactly who to ask for when we return. Will probably try the tinting service the next time I visit.

I got a haircut from someone that really was prepared to do a different cut for me without being pushy. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with my experience at Mirabella after years of positive…read moreexperiences with this salon. I booked a full highlight and haircut for noon, and on the morning of my appointment, my stylist asked if I could move to 2 PM to better accommodate her schedule. I agreed. After processing my highlights, my hair was washed and toned. My hair is very fine, but I have a lot of it, and it tangles easily. She then spent nearly an hour detangling my wet hair with an extremely fine-toothed comb, which I have never experienced a stylist using to detangle wet hair. At no point was I told I would be charged an additional fee for this or that the time spent detangling meant there would no longer be enough time to complete my haircut. After about 2.5 hours, my appointment was abruptly ended because the next client was waiting. I was sent home with my hair soaking wet and uncut and told I would have to come back another day to finish the service I had originally booked. I was then charged $225: $140 for highlights, $25 for additional product, $25 for toner, and an unexpected $35 "detangling fee" that was never discussed with me beforehand. I called the salon twice afterward because I was so frustrated with how this was handled. My stylist later explained that she couldn't finish my appointment because she had already pushed her next client back 30 minutes. I found that particularly frustrating considering I had moved my own appointment by two hours that same day specifically to accommodate her schedule. I understand that appointments can run long and additional product can cost more. What I don't find acceptable is adding an undisclosed fee and ending a booked highlight-and-cut appointment without completing the cut or even drying my hair because the next client was waiting. I was offered another appointment to come back for the haircut, but after this experience, I have no desire to return.

I really enjoyed the environment. I came back and purchased a whole new line of products for my whole family right before Christmas. The lady that helped me was nice and helpful and said if I did not like any of the products to bring it back. I spent over $400 + that day on just products. Fast forward to today....I finally used up my old products and started to use the Aveda products about 1 week ago. Only two items I didn't care for after several uses. Mind you, I didn't use much of the product each use. They both were practically full. The lady at the counter was new. Silvia Garcia who apparently is the owner of the this store told me non of her ladies told me I could bring back the products if I didn't like them. Then told the new girl to call Don and see if I could exchange them. As Don told the young lady yes I could exchange them as they were barely gone, Silvia Garcia started making comments that I probably put other shampoo in there to make it fuller etc. I at that point was so appalled, that I said you have called me a lier and are accusing me of putting different shampoo in this bottle I want to return. Silvia said no, no I'm not saying that at all then started raising her voice at me and telling me that I was disrespecting her in her own store and that she will not refund the nutri plenish and Blond shampoo and said you are going to take this back home and LOVE it! I said I brought it back because I DON'T love it for my hair. I said WOW I can't believe this is happening. She said this is WOW and took the two products I was exchanging for and said now no exchange!!! Mind you my exchange was for products of lesser value and I am generous and was not looking for them to make up the difference! Silvia stormed off AND left that poor new young lady there to remedy the situation after insulting me on many levels and had to call Don again confused on what she was supposed to do! I will say this....Don appeared to be very patient and understanding and kind to the new employee! I have NEVER been treated like a second hand citizen like that before by anyone especially a business owner that I had spent A LOT of money with. I feel sad and have empathy for the new employee. I will find a new place to shop where I do not have to deal with Narcissistic behavior!!
