I went over everything in great detail with her and brought in a requested photo of the brow shape that I wanted. Areen agreed she could do the shapes and colors, no problem. But, she did a totally different shape than what we discussed. I was shocked, she gave me square type brows instead of rounded at the beginning, so she told me to let them heal for the month and she would fix them when I came back for the 2nd brow session. We went over everything again at the 2nd session and when I got out of the chair and looked in the mirror I said out loud "Oh my God! I just don't know what to do!" Instead of the rounded brows we talked about, I now had bigger and even more square with one higher than the other. Again, she told me to let them heal for the month and she would fix them. But, she never touched them again, she only had excuses after that. I think she only told me she would fix them because I was also scheduled to have my lips done that day. $ Once she was paid, her character changed and she seemed to have many excuses as to why she suddenly could no longer do things that she agreed upon upfront. She told me ... "you could just draw in the space with a eyebrow pencil before you went out (in public)". She also told me, "well, you wear bangs and they won't be so noticeable". After paying so much money for permanent makeup I do not want to constantly draw in the correct shape before I go out and I cannot get past the square look at the beginning of my brows, they are not a good look for me and that's just not what I wanted. I would constantly point it out to her, that I wanted them rounded at the beginning. When I mentioned that I also wanted them the darker color that we discussed, she changed to telling me "my skin was too light to have darker brows" (it's not, I'm dark complected), and she told me upfront that she would do the color as dark as my hair, so where did the change come from. I asked her if she could add some hair like strokes to make the brows look better, she said "no, they would be a lighter color and it wouldn't matter", when before she said yes. She was very difficult to work with, her behavior was confusing because she would say yes and act like she understood, we would stand in the mirror and go over everything, she would agree and she was nice, but then she would give me something totally different. She would even reaffirm things and ask me the question "you want your brows as dark as your hair?" and I would say yes, thinking that she would, but she never did. I was sick with worry for my lip session. I finally drew in the lip shape myself that I wanted and made her promise me that she would do it exactly, she promised, but didn't exactly, and the top area of my philtrum ridges were very important to me, then she told me that "I was focusing on little things". I also ended up with my bottom lip being crooked, a lower on the right side. I said oh no, she told me "your lips look different when your laying down", so she went with that instead and they ended up crooked. Afterwards, I was left with totally different eyebrows than I wanted, issues with color and flaws. I was talking to her on the phone, I asked her for the brand of colors she used and I mentioned that I needed to get correction, sweet Areen turned into loud angry Areen and she wouldn't even let me talk. I was surprised because we had always talked nice to each other before that. I did ask her why she just didn't tell me upfront if she couldn't do what I wanted, instead of telling me that she could. Her reply was - "well, you were already here and in the chair". I'm sad she was dishonest because permanent makeup is permanent. I'm left to assume she may have been worried that I would have changed my mind if she couldn't do the shape that I wanted and then she would have been out the money she was expecting from my sessions. I feel like money is more important to her than the clients satisfaction.

I never want to leave bad reviews unless my experience was actually horrendous. This is the worst…read morenail salon I have ever been too. I told the guy that I didn't like the color he was doing & he told me to wait bc he was going to put more coats (I asked for dip). When he was done I hated it, so I politely asked him if he could just paint over it pink with gel. Since, I didn't have the time for him to take the dip off and redo it. I had been in his chair for almost 2 hours at this point. I had an appt & he still took someone else in between doing my nails. After he filed my nails, he did someone else's manicure. So I was just sitting there for 30 min. He had a fit when I asked him to paint over the dip color. My nails still looked horrible and once he was done, he stormed away. When I went to the register to pay, I asked to speak to the manager bc I got charged for the dip powder and the gel he put on. I explained the situation & all he had to say was I should've spoke up about not liking my nails earlier. I did and once I told him that, a lady that was sitting next to me told him I did tell the guy but he told me to wait. The manager didn't have anything to say back & said there was nothing he could do. I was so flustered and annoyed. I never speak up at the nail salon & these people made a scene. It was so awkward. The guy who did my nails was so rude. He stormed off as soon as he was done and left everyone else to handle the situation. Long story short, I ended up paying the full price (dip + gel up charge) and just noted that I'll never be back. Please think twice about coming here! They are so rude and do horrible work. It took forever for another nail salon to get the crap off my nails that they put on.
