Instead of soaking them first to soften the acrylic, he immediately tried to cut them off, which was painful. I told him it was hurting, but he kept using the electric machine and cutting into the acrylic. Only after that did he add liquid to try to soften the nails, but by then the whole process was already very messy and uncomfortable. This is not the proper way acrylic nails should be removed. Because of this, my natural nails are now very damaged and look terrible. I was also concerned about the cleanliness of the tools. They did not appear to be properly sanitized, and now I'm worried because I may have developed a fungal infection on my nails. Overall, this was a very bad experience. I would not recommend coming here for nail services.

My massage chair didn't work well even though I pushed multiple buttons to try to get it to work. I won't be returning due to the fact that there are so many other nail salons to pick from in Midland that offer a better experience even if it's a couple more dollars to spend. It's unfortunately obvious the workers don't care about the customer's experience here.

Divine is a warm and welcoming salon. I like that the shampoo bowls are at the stylist stations. They play relaxing music. I tried their organic color and it rocked! Cari was my stylist and did highlights too. My hair is silky and shiny and feels better than before I had it colored. I have my hair colored red which usually fades pretty quickly. It is holding the color better with the organic than any other kind I have had put on before. It didn't have any fumes either. It is worth the price upgrade to have such healthy hair and rich color. I've been going to this salon since they started renovating the building they are in. I get my hair colored and cut there as well as my lashes done there. I've had just about every stylist work on me and I have NEVER been treated better anywhere else. They are professional, excellent customer service and amazingly skilled. I've even had a bad nail job done some where else and I did a random walk in and Natalie sat down and fixed my nails before her next client came in and didn't charge me for the fix up. They treat you life family! read more

I came in from out of town from Los Angeles for a men's haircut. I got the best haircut of my life from Tam/Tammy. She was the the sweetest lady and was so professional. My hair is hard to cut, but she listed to my requests and even taught me on how to care for my hair too! Way to go Divine Salon! -very happy! read more

I was delighted by the warm feeling and friendly staff at Divine. My daughter loved her three color highlights and cut while I relaxed and was pampered with a pedicure.
