I don't love the full length mirrors because who wants to look at that much of themselves for 20 minutes with their hair covered in color and piled on top of their head? But that's probably a weird thing to complain about. Most importantly, they have great stylists (shout out to Christina J). Everyone is exceedingly complimentary without sounding fake and I always leave feeling great. I did have an issue one time with not loving my color, and it was corrected and remedied ASAP -- I didn't even really have to say anything or ask, which is nice. It can be uncomfortable to complain if you don't love your style, so I appreciate that my stylist could just tell I didn't love it.

My second expierence was coming in for a manicure and the person could not do french tips, I have never encountered that before because it seems like a very basic "design". My third and final experience was recently when I was given a gift card for a mani/pedi/massage and I was not interested in the massage as I do not like them, but it was a gift, so I asked if I could use the remainer of the balance after covering the mani/pedi on a different service and they said no. So that is why I am leaving this review because that is poor customer service. I have not left a bad review prior even with my bad experiences because the staff has always been SO nice. But this time it was not a great experience due to customer service. Additionally, my GEL manicure started chipping in TWO days, whereas I have gone other places where it has lasted me 4 weeks. So I believe they are either not training their staff well, or they don't use quality products. Which for how expensive it is there, they should be doing both of those things. I would not recommend going here, unless you are in a pinch. Still leaving two stars because the girls who have given my services have been very nice and I think that is worth mentioning.

She did a very nice scalp massage during the shampoo though and did a nice job targeting products that I might like.

Emily makes you feel right at home. I can always count on her to make my hair perfection every time. I get color faithfully and have yet to be disappointed. I have been having Emily do my eyelash extensions for a long time. I wouldn't be caught without them now. The back room we where her lash room is, is so comfortable and clean. She has a pillow to put behind my legs and a throw blanket when I feel chilly. It is so relaxing i could sleep through my appointment. Just what you need after a busy day at work. They were very accommodating and more than happy to work with my schedule (they opened up on a day they would otherwise be closed)--where other salons acted as though we should be so lucky as to have them work on our hair and we should be more than happy to pay double for them to work on a day-off. Dani B's was kind enough to provide bagels and mimosa's as well as non-alcoholic beverages. When one of the girls was not 100% satisfied with her hair, they took the extra time to alter it until she loved it. I can't speak highly enough of them. Their prices are more than reasonable as well, especially considering their personal sacrifice of working on a holiday. I would highly recommend them to anyone!
