So upset paid 55 dollars to come home and have to fix my nails myself! My feet are so rough! So disappointed. Wasted my hard earned money.

I walked in with no appt and was able to be in and out within a hour and half. My nails look so nice. I got dip with french tips. Definitely will be back! I recommend going to Brian, he did a great job. read more

I first came here prior to their remodel. Tina was my mani/pedi tech. She was very high energy and did a great job. Upon my recent return, I brought my mom and sister for mani/pedis. They have since remodeled and the pedi chairs are awesome by themselves. I had Alex this time and he was a quiet one but excellent massage and did a good job. We all left happy. It is always busy but they move quick without making you feel slighted and rushed. I definitely recommend this place. read more

I love that I can walk in and get a chair almost immediately every time. Everyone is very friendly and excellent. My favorite is the spa pedicure and their colors for shellac are great. So many to choose from. The store is clean, and feels high end. I also enjoy that they play relaxing and calm instrumental music in the morning. Best nail salon in Midland. read more

Unfortunately I've been here a few times and each time I get cut or snipped during the service it makes me very concerned about sanitation

Excellent service! This salon is beautiful inside, clean and bright. Staff is very attentive and friendly. Beautiful work, amazing pedicure and manicure. Excellent massage! read more

I was traveling across the USA and desperately needed a pedicure. I rolled into town at about 5:30 pm. Got settled and looked to see if there was a nail place nearby. I called, and they said to come in! I arrived closer to 6:00 pm. That was just fine, they said. I was immediately seated a they started to work on me. I had the spa pedicure. (Highly recommend). Tina was wonderful and did such a great job on feet that needed a good once over!! If I lived in the area, I'd definitely return. read more

Flat and look like duck bills. Thick. Manicurist watching tv while doing nails. I asked for round nails and this is what I got. For the price they should be perfect. read more

Tina was great. I had a jelly spa gel pedicure. The spa treatment was fabulous. It included an exfoliating scrub, hot stone leg massage, and paraffin foot dip. I'll be back and will request Tina. read more

Located by Olive Garden, I have been several times and I am very picky about my nails! Love the job done every time - especially my Fourth of July design! read more

Samatha came highly recommended. She did a pink and white full set on my nails. They came out fabulous. Beautiful in fact. It took her 30 min from start to finish. She said I wouldn't need them done for 1 month. They lasted less then 2 weeks- my nails were coming off. And when they did, there was fungus on my nails- even when I had the rest taken off by her-there was fungus. Sorry Samatha- when you told me that it's wasn't fungus.... I know fungus- lil did you know, but I myself was a nail tech many moons ago. And fungus doesn't change. It's FUNGUS!! I wouldn't recommend this place. read more

I came in to get my nails fixed because my Bose Sam in the mall was out of town. I've had to go back once to get them fixed after two days. And now it's been a week and my nails are a mess. I absolutely do not recommend this place, my nails when I get them manicured usually last up to 2 to 3 weeks. This is been seven days and this is after I want to get them fixed after two days I'm disgusted. read more

On a Saturday, I called when they opened at 10 to make an appointment for 11am. I showed up, they got me right into a chair and I had a fantastic pedicure with JoJo. It was my first time there so I was not familiar with this tech. She was great and had another requested appointment right when I finished. A group of 4 women came in for scheduled pedicures and they accommodated them as well. The big news is that they are expanding and doubling the size of the salon. It will all be renovated with super fancy pedi chairs when done. Right now, it's clean but a little run down. Can't wait to see it when the reno is done. I will most likely be upgrading this review to a 5-star. read more

Tina was very nice - did a good job. The only downfall was my daughter and I came together, would have liked 2 people to be able to get done at same time. Tina did one, then the other, so it was ok. The place itself was bright and clean. read more

I got a gel manicure here last minute in December 2022, booked as a surprise because I was getting engaged. While it was nice to have some pretty polish for about 1.5 weeks before it started peeling off, in spite of doing a home removal carefully and just as instructed, my natural nails were ruined for 4 months. The unnecessary surface filing done underneath caused my nails to be brittle, flaky, peel, and break from January to April before I was finally able to grow out a new nail on each finger. It is not worth it to have your nails ruined for 4 months for one gel manicure. Run. read more

Top Nails & Spa - I asked for long nail and this is what I got - Nail Technicians Near Me - Midland, Michigan

Horrible service and don't know how to do your nails. Rip off acrylics. I don't recommend

My experience at this nail salon was terrible. Because, when filing my nails I was cut twice (blood), never cut my cuticles, and never removed the paint off the skin around my nail. This was a disappointment to me because you never want to leave a nail salon with nails that look like you did them yourself. wouldnt read more

Best pedicure of my life! Tina is amazing! I got the jelly pedicure and it did not disappoint.

Horrible customer service. If there were 0 stars I would give it. Went today with my two daughters and as I was doing my pedicure, they were laughing back and forth, and making comments about my feet. They assumed I didn't know what they were saying but google translator came to the rescue. Take your money somewhere rlse read more

I went in today to get a cute Halloween nail look and showed her a picture of what I wanted them to look like, she said "okay but I can't do the designs". Perfectly fine as I can get designs somewhere else. As she starts cutting the nails they are way too short and keeps on going not acknowledging me trying to tell her they're too short and also crooked. She goes on and paints my nails and does a terrible job, mixes the two colors together and doesn't fix them and leaves empty spots of no color. She pushes me over to the drying area and I leave. I go to L.A Nails down the street and the lady that did my nails told me she completely ruined them and the entire Nail Salon was talking about how bad they were and told me to go get a refund. After L.A did an excellent job fixing them I went back to Top Nails to get my refund and a guy and the lady who did my nails are both screaming at me, arguing in front of others in the salon, not professional at all. I just left without my refund. Never going back. read more

Best and fastest job around!!! I have had nails done in many salons but this is, by far the fastest and best I have found in Michigan!!

Do NOT go here for waxing. I very clearly said that I just wanted my eyebrows cleaned up and NOT smaller at all. Kim never once looked me in the face(at both eyebrows at once) and proceeded to do my L & R eyebrows separately; she deformed my left brow. My left eyebrow is now a tiny sliver of a line & is higher than the right. After paying for my mani/pedi & waxing before having all of the services rendered, I had given her over a 20% tip. When I expressed my disappointment with the job, knowing that there was nothing that could reverse the hair taken away with the left eyebrow, there was no apology offered me. This really bothered me. After driving away & crying for a minute(as I'm going on a big trip & was getting ready for it but now look like an idiot), i went back into Top Nails & spoke with the manager & Kim. They both insisted it looked fine & argued with me saying that Kim said she only took a little bit off. I stare at my face every day people, I know what it should look like--not imagining it! At no pint, STILL, was there an apology or offer to refund at least the price of the waxing. I then said how I had wished that they would at least apologize or recognize the fact that I was not happy with the job or refund my money to which the manager finally said "ok, I'm sorry you're not happy, we'll refund the money." At that point I said I didn't care about the money anymore as I'd never come back. I could NOT believe they argued with me instead of just recognizing & sympathizing with my unhappiness with the wax job & endeavoring to make it right. The two times I've been there the nail jobs were fine, but I'm hurt & angered about what they've done to my face & think it's a poor business practice to not give a shit about what your customer thinks or care about the job that you've done. I will never go back. read more
