The acrylic is so thin that they look completely horrible. I went in asking for coffin shaped acrylic nails and came out with the worst set of nails I've gotten in my life. They overcharge for all services and are rude if you have a problem. I tried to explain that I didn't like the way they did my nails and they basically attacked me saying that I got what I paid for, and how they did what I asked. But that's not at all true. The picture I showed them looks nothing like what I got. I will not be going back here anytime soon. It's a waste of time, money, and full of disrespect. I paid $70 for a fill in and a pedicure. NEVER again I'll attach pictures of what I asked of and what I got

I am from California and was visiting family in Michigan. I was referred by Sierra Watkins to…read moreSerenity. Sierra booked me a Deep Tissue massage with one of the massage therapist. It was exhilarating to say the least. Amazing massage. I was extremely satisfied. I plan to book a hair make over with Sierra on my next trip in October since she came highly recommended as well. Worst manicure ever…read more I was concerned with the nail tech's overly aggressive clipping technique. Not even 5 minutes into the manicure, she ripped through my flesh. She was overly apologetic but the damage was done. What upset me the most was the fact that I was still expected to pay full price and the guy who spoke the best English tried to downplay my injury. "It's not that bad." Offset my physical pain by offering to take something off the bill. He rather tried to convince me that I was getting a great deal (2 pedicures and a manicure for $90). Instead of pitching a fit, I paid the fee and tipped $10. I would have easily tipped more than twice as much. It's the norm in Vegas. They refused to take care of me, so I left the crumbs as customary. The sweetest payback is writing this accurate review, tipping poorly and never returning to GiGi's Nails. Hey GiGi's, do better! Your costumers deserve better.

I saw another woman get them done while my toes were drying and since I was long overdue decided to give it a shot. I was SO SURPRISED. I've gotten my eyebrows done at so many places and this was BY FAR the best they have looked. I was so impressed and happy with them! Get your eyebrows done here! I will definitely be coming back. The place inside doesn't look the most luxurious and when you get your brows done, you just lean against a pillow against the wall. But I give them 5 stars anyway because my brows have never looked this good! The owner is very chatty and friendly. She made me feel at home.

My first experience here was for an updo and unfortnatly it was so bad I had to take it out when I…read moregot home - it was clear that this girl had no experience with updos and I do not think they should have allowed her to try on me, a paying customer. My second expierence was coming in for a manicure and the person could not do french tips, I have never encountered that before because it seems like a very basic "design". My third and final experience was recently when I was given a gift card for a mani/pedi/massage and I was not interested in the massage as I do not like them, but it was a gift, so I asked if I could use the remainer of the balance after covering the mani/pedi on a different service and they said no. So that is why I am leaving this review because that is poor customer service. I have not left a bad review prior even with my bad experiences because the staff has always been SO nice. But this time it was not a great experience due to customer service. Additionally, my GEL manicure started chipping in TWO days, whereas I have gone other places where it has lasted me 4 weeks. So I believe they are either not training their staff well, or they don't use quality products. Which for how expensive it is there, they should be doing both of those things. I would not recommend going here, unless you are in a pinch. Still leaving two stars because the girls who have given my services have been very nice and I think that is worth mentioning.

Not exactly what I was hoping for in a "day spa" vibe. My stylist was Chelsea. She was pleasant and didn't talk too much, which I appreciated since I told her I was looking for some downtime. She did a very nice scalp massage during the shampoo though and did a nice job targeting products that I might like.
