So, I thought perhaps they needed more warning for a perm so I called ahead and asked if I came down in couple hours, could they fit me in. Nope, only 1 person was working and she couldn't leave to go purchase the product needed. 3rd call was told again no one was available. If you advertise walk-ins welcome, then accommodate a walk-in (or as in my case 2x, a call-in). If that is limited to hair cut only, then say that. For me? 3 strikes. Time to find a new salon.

The stylists roam about doing whatever when you are left waiting for service/replies/paying. Pros? 1. Fast service. 2. Decent results (no bad styling nightmares) I love that you can pretty much get an appointment when wanted, come in for color fixing or nails.
