Firstly, whoever said this was like an LA salon has never lived in LA. It's a decent place for a mid-Michigan salon but my complaints are: 1. They only take CASH. (hrmm?) 2. They seem unorganized. 3. The stylists roam about doing whatever when you are left waiting for service/replies/paying. Pros? 1. Fast service. 2. Decent results (no bad styling nightmares) I love that you can pretty much get an appointment when wanted, come in for color fixing or nails.
