BEWARE!!! Terrible customer service! I scheduled an appointment two weeks out. Got there at my…read morescheduled time and another customer was there because Noeile double booked. I was told I would have to come back later because the other customer was there first. I came back at 1p (only because all of the other places I called were booked). She offered me a $10 discount for the inconvenience. When I got finished and ready to pay with CashApp, I was told I'd have to pay the CashApp fee ($5). So instead of a $10 discount, it would be $5 for waiting 4 1/2 hours PAST my original appointment. When I offered to go to the ATM for cash, they wanted me to leave my phone with them as a type of assurance that I would return. I refused to do that as well, because how do you expect me to trust you with my appointment, but you don't trust me to pay? I was then yelled at and told not to come back (which I had no intention on doing) when I told her to take the $190 on CashApp or I could go to the ATM. The icing on the cake is that when I got home, my twists were ALREADY coming down and my hair was sticking out. The twists were uneven (the right side was an inch longer than the left) and she didn't mix the color well (it's an ombré look instead of blended). PLEASE go to one of the MANY other braid shops where the quality is MUCH better, the braiders are nicer, and they don't act like you're doing them a favor by patronizing their business! Oh yeah, I requested a refund for the terrible work and she denied it so I disputed with my bank.
