I got there on a Friday afternoon and the employee in the front said it got really crowded right around 3 PM. It seemed like they were seating customers before they had a technician available. I sat in a manicure chair for about 15 minutes before my nails were started on and the customer next to me did the same. Once the technician finally got started, he left in the middle of removing old nail polish to cash out another customer. In the time he was gone, I had already removed the nail polish myself and he didn't seem bothered by the fact that I was starting off my own service. While trimming my cuticles, there was no cuticle cream used before he pushed them back so it was a little painful and I feel like they could have been trimmed better. They do have a wide variety of shellac colors to choose from as they recently upgraded to a new brand. I picked a sparkly purple and I like the way the color turned out. My technician got a little bit of color on my index finger and when I asked for it to be removed, he used a nail file and basically filed it off my finger instead of using acetone! For $30, I've had better manicures and there's a handful of other nail salons in the area that I will try first before coming back here.

I asked for a pedicure and full acrylic set manicure, I've stuck with the same color for years. The pedicure chair was nice, relaxing and enjoyable, then a gentleman came over to start my acrylic nails at the same time. I asked for short "to the ends of my fingertips", however after 3 times of asking I finally said "okay" with the length. I proceeded to let him know "the nail on my thumb is crooked, is there a way to fix this?" He told me multiple times "yes" but never did. My 6 year old daughter told me it was crooked when I said "what is wrong with my thumb?" When I got home! My pedicure finished and I was attempting to put my boot on when the woman who gave me a pedicure was trying to "help". I was trying not to mess up what the man had don with my nails and she proceeded to try and shove my leg in my boot, laughed at me, spoke to another employee who came over and laughed and then tried as well. Finally I moved both of them away and put my boot on with no problem. He continued on when he proceeded to use the drill on my nails, he cut my middle finger nail/cuticle to the point where I continued to bleed even after holding tissue on it for a minute. His solution? Put nail glue on it WHILE it was bleeding and pooling blood still. After this I was so upset I just wanted him to finish so I could leave. Over a $100.00 spent and just over 1 week my acrylics started falling off! Please avoid. Again beautiful on the inside but not a good look experience.

The pricing was fair given the location. The young man who did my mom's nails had a great attention to detail although he wasn't much for conversation. At the end of the day we were in and out in about an hour for a shellac manicure for about 50 bucks.
