I've had very poor manicures and pedicures at this salon. They're expensive for bad quality work. My daughter has had no problems with them. I must have had a bad manicurist. I'll never go back to this salon. read more

ruined my girlfriends shoes. spilled nail polish all over them, and offered a $10 discount to try and make up for the fact her shoes were ruined. in the process of ruining her shoes, and worrying about the polish being spilled, her nails did not turn out how they were supposed to. absolutely will NOT be coming back to this business every again. read more

I got the worst dip manicure I've ever gotten in 5 years. a few times I tried to question the tech about the application and was shut down. the dip goes far part the cuticle, onto the skin. the application was uneven and there are divots in several nails. read more

if I could give less stars, I would. got my nails done yesterday, and they're already messed up. soil wouldn't go back.

Fast and friendly, great quality, I have dipped nails and a gel pedicure. Highly recommended

They got me in so quickly it was amazing. And Phil did an awesome job on my toes. I would definitely recommend this place

I've been coming to PS Nails for years before the Pandemic closed them down and returned aftr they reopened with State permission. I get all my pedi's and mani's here and always love the results. I get complimented on my beautiful nails almost daily wherever I go and I love them. I have referred several coworkers to PS Nails as they are so impressed with how my nails always look! I don't know about the 'Karens' give bad reviews but I have consistently received amazing service for almost a decade now and I am a regular! read more

Nope...don't do it! Plan: Treat myself to a DELUXE pedicure. What I received: Below average pedicure. Cold water...subpar, quick leg massage. No hot stones. No stressed out than I was when I went in for what I expected to be a relaxing pedicure. Oh, and the floors were filthy, so I felt grossed out once I put my flip-flops on. read more

Booked online to see Li Li for a deluxe pedicure and classic manicure with Shellac and French add ons... online price was $73. Had a terrible pedicure (rushed, cold water, not really French at all, thick white stripes) and definitely not with Li Li. Assembly lined thru my pedicure, set up at a dirty manicure station( they layed a towel down when I pointed out the mess). They refused to honor online price, charging me $82 for services that did not even meet my expectations. Don't fall for the prices, it's cheaper to go elsewhere and I would like to enjoy my spa services far more than I did today. read more

The key to an enjoyable experience at this salon is to beat the rush before the high school down the road is out of session. I got there on a Friday afternoon and the employee in the front said it got really crowded right around 3 PM. It seemed like they were seating customers before they had a technician available. I sat in a manicure chair for about 15 minutes before my nails were started on and the customer next to me did the same. Once the technician finally got started, he left in the middle of removing old nail polish to cash out another customer. In the time he was gone, I had already removed the nail polish myself and he didn't seem bothered by the fact that I was starting off my own service. While trimming my cuticles, there was no cuticle cream used before he pushed them back so it was a little painful and I feel like they could have been trimmed better. They do have a wide variety of shellac colors to choose from as they recently upgraded to a new brand. I picked a sparkly purple and I like the way the color turned out. My technician got a little bit of color on my index finger and when I asked for it to be removed, he used a nail file and basically filed it off my finger instead of using acetone! For $30, I've had better manicures and there's a handful of other nail salons in the area that I will try first before coming back here. read more

I regularly have my nails done here and they always look beautiful. I highly recommend the dip method.

Had my nails done today at PS Nails and Spa. I'm sorry I didn't get my nail technician's name, but she did a great job. She was very gentle and I didn't any scrapes or cuts like my last salon. It was a bit more expensive than I usually pay but I think it was read more

I am disappointed in the quality of my manicure. It is lumpy and not smooth. Price as listed was twice what I paid. Will not return.

Got a manicure and they did not even trim my cuticles or do any of that maintenance! Waste of time and money. My dip manicure last less than a week. Won't be going back or recommending to others. read more

The nail techs are very friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable! I highly suggest this nail salon.

The lady I had rushed through the whole deluxe spa part of my pedicure. There was no massage, just a few seconds of light rubbing of lotion twice. I wish I had seen the previous review to only go with the men. I can see all the men giving nice slow leg and foot massages. I feel like I am paying for the deluxe but only got a basic. The nail polish was done so thin, the big toe peeled off an hour later when my daughter barely touched it. This should not happen with OPI nail polish. I know what's going on here. They must be filling the bottles with cheaper polish. There is no way this cheap peel off crap is OPI. Very dissatisfied. Waste of money. $35 for some lotion and peel off polish? read more

I wanted to send pictures via facebook messenger, but unable. This was the worst nail experience. I come into the shop on my lunch break. They offer the deluxe pedicure with a foot massage. If you want extra it's $1 a minute. I asked for an extra 10 minutes multiple times until someone finally acknowledged me and then I never got a massage, not even the one that came with my pedicure. On top of it, my feet weren't scrubbed. Way too over priced for what you receive. Really really upset and disappointed. I just needed 10 minutes of some sort of relaxation in my life and instead I left more upset than when I came in. read more

I visited here two days in a row - once for a full set of ombré acrylic nails and then I decided to come back for a pedicure and French manicure the next day because my service and result was good the first time and the prices seemed reasonable and they got me in right away even though they are always sooo busy. I've had a hard time keeping up with my feet due to autoimmune issues so it seemed like the best place to get it sorted out. The first day when I got my nails done, I couldn't believe how fast she was and how every nail looked exactly the same for $45 for ombré full set was decent. I just wish the lady would have slowed down and let me show her pictures of what I actually wanted instead of rushing me along because it wasn't really what I was asking for. The next day during my pedicure I had a male tech who was also very nice and accommodating. This was a full service deal and not some quick soak and paint job. It was sitting in the special water in a massage chair, all the pumice and filing and perfecting of the feet and nails and treatments, three different types of skin masks for my legs and feet, exfoliation of both areas, a hot stone massage for legs and feet, hot steam towels after, plus the actual pedi with French paint. It looked like someone had a long night of drinking and then painted my toes, it looked terrible. I was told it was $32 originally but the price changed to $44 somehow. I think maybe if you want this place to work out for you, you need to have them write down what they are doing for how much money, bring a notepad. There is no menu of services which I've never seen in a nail salons and it's a little shady. read more

I have went here on & off for about a year now while my other salon is closed on certain days. The employees are always been very nice & did a great job. Today I went in just for a full set & while I was greeted at the door, i sat for another 35 minutes waiting before anyone even acknowledged me again & had asked if i had been helped. Then, who I'm guessing is the manager, calls the next person in line, & yells, "what do you need?" from across the room. there were four people sitting there, and when we didn't know which one she was talking to, she said, "hello!! i am talking to you! full set, over here." 10 minutes in, she was yanking my arm around almost like she was trying to hurt me. when i was "too far away from the counter" she pulled on my arm, to which i'm assuming meant move closer. she could've simply asked me to move closer politely. this is VERY poor customer service & WAY over priced. read more

Very basic and subpar mani/pedi. Paid an exorbitant price for half painted over cut nails.

Seriously, since this place changed hands its just not worth it anymore to come and get your nails done. I came in to get my nails done on a slightly busy Friday. I was sat down immediately and was rushed through out the whole process. I wasn't there more that 35 minuets and my nails were jagged and not the shape I had asked for. Not even 5 minuets after I left one of my nails cracked. I walked back in to see if they could fixed it and was denied because it was too busy to accommodate me. Then I was told To come back the next day and was also denied over the phone as I called and was told again that it was to busy and if I come back on Sunday I would have to pay for a new set even though only one nail was damaged. I'm never going back here and will take my business elsewhere. The materials are obviously less then durable if one nail can't last more then 5 minuets after getting them done. Also the guy who did my nails told me I had big nails and that the color I picked was ugly........ like really? Come on! But yeah, this place is not professional at all and isn't worth the trouble of going and spending your time or money. read more

Came here for the first time for a pedicure. What I thought was going to be $30 ended up costing me almost 50. My feet look exactly the same as they did going in. Just some polish thrown on there. Ugly, rushed, sloppy, uneven full set. Most horrific experience ever. I'm disgusted and will never go back to this salon again.

My sister and I came here to get pedicures together. We scheduled online ahead of time, and when we arrived we were seated right away. The nail technicians offered us an "upgrade" which I chose the green tea detox (which I highly recommend). Their polish selection is pretty massive, which is always nice. They did a great job and were fairly priced. Though we are not from the area and were just visiting for a wedding, I would recommend PS! read more

I got the deluxe pedi and I have never been so unhappy. Pedis are supposed to be relaxing. It was so rushed, feet still rough, did not do my cuticles, 10 minute foot rub was 4 minutes and I had an appt. In and out of the chair in less than 15 min. Will never go back. If you can't give good service stop taking more people or tell them they have to wait read more

I always come here for pedicures and never have a complaint. They do a good job. Last time I got a set of acrylics and they were not very good. It was a messy job and they are NOT even. The whole time it seemed something was going wrong- low on nail color, file needed sharpening, switching seats. I don't get acrylics a lot, but I probably wouldn't go here for them if I wanted to again. read more
