One of the worst places I've ever been. Called in to make an appointment but when I got to the salon I had to wait for about 25 min since they just seemed to accept large group of people. I don't think they all had appointments though since after 25min I finally lost my patience and asked how much longer would it b and I was taken in right away. But that's not the biggest problem. And not even the fact that they couldn't do the design I wanted even it was just a simple ombre nothing more. It's the fact that I showed the guy (Daniel I believe) multiple times and he says he could it. Like why the hell would you lie to me and waist everyone's time yours included? Did you hope I'll give up and just let you do whatever? So he tried few times, couldn't do it. I finally gave up and said just leave it alone, I'll go someplace else and finish. When we came up to the register he said it'll be 40 wish is their price for full finished job!!! What an audacity to try to charge me full price for half done job !!! I was furious!!! I gave him 20 for half, which was what he managed to do forgetting the fact that I had to wait and that he lied to me about being able to do it. And I wish I was done there! I went in yesterday to get a full set, the lady who did it was nice at first but then just got more irritable as service went on. I had a few hangnails and asked her to clip them for me and she just ended up putting a liquid on that completely burnt my skin. She then asked if it hurt & i said yes but she just kept going on. I will say though, she did take her time and in the end they turned out OK. Some of the nails are uneven but that can be fixed. read more

I've been there a couple of times with no problem. I went today and got Daniel which I was excited to see his work. After a few minutes he started looking at his appointment book every few minutes. Then he finally pushed me off on Amy. I find this very rude to start someone and never finish them. So I told him how I felt that it was rude. His client never showed up he would have had plenty of time to finish my nails. He told me as I was leaving not to come back. Bad business all around with Daniel. Amy did a wonderful job. Too many different salon that treat you good to go back. I guess back to Davision M&M super nice there a little farther but I guess worth it. Unfortunately, the service has gotten bad. They rush through manicures and pedicures, and spend a lot of time talking to each other in Vietnamese. They do a lot of laughing, and although I do not speak Vietnamese, I really get the impression they are laughing at the customers. My daughter and I have been going there for several years and we have stopped because they rush through everything. If you do go, do not, by any means let any of the guys do your services. Their polish jobs are like kindergartners and it's always uneven and messy. The last time I was in there, a customer came back to complain about the job she got earlier in the day. They argued with her and she was so upset that she just left. I could see her nails from the distance and she was really upset. read more

I went in wanting to get short coffin shaped acrylics, the man who greeted me at the door said that would be okay, the woman who actually ended up doing my nails told me no I couldn't get short acrylics in that shape, I asked if I went with almond would she do it, again she told me no I could only get square nails short. I said that was fine because I already had the nail tips on my nails. After she put the nails on when she started filing the shape, she was way too rough and telling me to relax while she bent my fingers in strange ways. She ended up cutting my skin with the nail drill and my nail started to bleed during the application, she didn't seem to care, I had to stop her and say I needed to wash my hands. When I went home and washed my hands again, I noticed that a few other fingers had cuts/burns on them too. Iwould not recommend this place to anyone, I should've left after the first red flag when she took off previous nail polish I had on on my natural nails with the nail drill. read more

I like this place overall. I've had a good experience just about every time I've went. There was only one time I made and appointment and had to wait quite a while, but they were slammed busy. The inside of the salon is nice, most equipment and furniture seems relatively new. I've only had my nails done by the men here not by preference just by chance on who is available or not. Daniel is awesome! Ken does a good job he can be rough but he did the most beautiful set of pink and white ombré nails on me! This is my go to place read more

I will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. I got the worst french manicure I have ever had, in my life. The whole experience was bad, and the guy doing my nails seemed like he was rushing through it all. I patronized this salon eight years ago and decided to visit it again since it was closer to my home. Today my experience was not good. I came in for a fill-in, signed my name and the time I entered. I was not greeted nor acknowledged. I had to wait for 40 minutes while other customers came in after me signed their names, were greeted and served. I felt I was slighted and the employees "pick and choose" who they want to greet and serve. What is the point of signing in if the employees do not serve who comes first regardless of the type of service???? The service was much better 8 years ago and a lot professional. I had such an amazing experience with this nail salon. I got my gel pedicure a month ago and til this day the gel has stayed on my nails. Barely any part of the gel was lifted and I am going to be coming back to get it filled again. The pedicurist that did my nails took their time and made sure their weren't any mistakes. read more

I will never recommend this nail salon to anyone. I went to this salon for a pedicure and this was definitely the strangest experience I have ever had at a nail salon. I was not greeted when I entered the salon which should have been a red flag. The nail technician made weird and inappropriate jokes while I was receiving a pedicure (so weird that other customers felt uncomfortable). I usually receive great foot massages whenever I get a pedicure- do not expect that from this place. The nail technician didn't even wait for my nails to dry before storming out of the salon.
