That experience went smoothly so I called back the same day and scheduled a manicure and hot hand paraffin dip. The lady on the phone advised me that no appointments were available for Monday and Tuesday but she had Wednesday available. I said no because I would be out of town. She then said they had same day availability or tomorrow Saturday at 12. I chose Saturday. Upon arrival on Saturday, I was told they had me scheduled for Wednesday. I explained I would not have made a Wednesday appt. because I would not be in town. The young lady at the desk told me their facial appts. are booked well in advance like I was the one who made the mistake. I said I was scheduled for a manicure. She said it's the same person. She then told me they would reschedule me and proceeded to take another customer that was there for a facial in the back. I left. An apology would have went a long way. Mistakes happen but the mistake was not on my end. It was theirs. Too bad because I enjoyed my first visit.
