I asked for a pedicure and full acrylic set manicure, I've stuck with the same color for years. The pedicure chair was nice, relaxing and enjoyable, then a gentleman came over to start my acrylic nails at the same time. I asked for short "to the ends of my fingertips", however after 3 times of asking I finally said "okay" with the length. I proceeded to let him know "the nail on my thumb is crooked, is there a way to fix this?" He told me multiple times "yes" but never did. My 6 year old daughter told me it was crooked when I said "what is wrong with my thumb?" When I got home! My pedicure finished and I was attempting to put my boot on when the woman who gave me a pedicure was trying to "help". I was trying not to mess up what the man had don with my nails and she proceeded to try and shove my leg in my boot, laughed at me, spoke to another employee who came over and laughed and then tried as well. Finally I moved both of them away and put my boot on with no problem. He continued on when he proceeded to use the drill on my nails, he cut my middle finger nail/cuticle to the point where I continued to bleed even after holding tissue on it for a minute. His solution? Put nail glue on it WHILE it was bleeding and pooling blood still. After this I was so upset I just wanted him to finish so I could leave. Over a $100.00 spent and just over 1 week my acrylics started falling off! Please avoid. Again beautiful on the inside but not a good look experience.

I'd scheduled my appointment with her for 11 am but I didn't actually arrive until almost 11:20, I feared I had lost my spot due to the chaos of my morning that day but she was very understanding and still gave me a very great make up job for my Halloween. I was very comfortable while working with her and she was very helpful at helping me get exactly what I wanted. She is also very resourceful and creative. First of all when I went here, I was really excited to come here because I was moving from a…read moredifferent state. I I came in expecting regular services how I normally get laser hair I do have melanin skin when she began to do the laser. She put some type of jail on my face which is I've never got that done before but long story short, the results did not work and when I called to kind of let them know to see if I could come in maybe for a touchup or something like that she told me that that's not something that they could do. She also told me that I needed to wait weeks to be able to see, but I get laser often so that's something that I already knew and she just was not trying to compensate me as well at all with anything not even a visit to see if if it's something that they could've did better so I don't recommend coming to this place. The customer service is great though.
