She rang up the 2 items and I asked if she needed the online email order. She said no it won't help anything with an unfriendly tone. I thought okkkayyy, sorry I asked. She then said the return will go back to my visa and she spoke the last 4 digits. I didnt recognize the card she spoke about. So I said I used my Sephora card. She kept saying the return was on a visa card. So with some confusion, I decided to look up my order on the Sephora app to confirm that I used my Sephora card. The order showed a visa, this led to more confusion. She just stared at me like I was a bother to her. She said you can add the return to any card. So I put my Sephora card in the machine. Thats when I learned the Sephora card is a visa. She gave me this look like yeah, its a visa card. If she would have just said so, it would have eliminated all the confusion and chat. I wanted to do some more shopping, but her demeanor spoiled that desire. I won't shop there again. The manager sets the tone for the customer's shopping experience. This is the closest Sephora store to my home, but I guess I will need to travel farther for a better experience elsewhere.
