Update: Read owner response. She's reveals herself. Her problem is she makes up fabrications, and lacks accountability. She's needs to go OUT OF BUSINESS. I went for the hot stone massage with a high pain level. I left with a high pain level. The LMT never did an evaluation with me. I was then rushed out, and had my salt room appointment canceled and refunded that was immediately after. Owner is rude, along with the staff. Owner constantly pays to have negative reviews removed on here and Google. The place is beautiful. The staff is rude and inexperienced. Owner has no business in the healing business. There's a constant influx of untrained, inexperienced or uninterested workers there. When the services aren't spectacular, the customer service should be. I was also mistreated by the owner. Absolutely horrible. I called first to schedule and scheduled for 3:30pm. I told her I may not be able to make it and that was pushing it. She said no problem and to call back if I needed to change. I ended up stuck at work (working at FedEx during holiday season) and she said no problem I'll change to 4:15 and call if you can't make it then. I called back to tell her I won't make that either. She says no problem, I can reschedule you. She rescheduled me to the next day. I get off the phone, and she charged my card full amount $82. I assumed it was for the massage the next day. Nope! I get in same day and she charges me another $82. After being SO kind on the phone. No wonder.... She wanted to double dip! Absolutely absurd. Never said she was charging full amount, and was so quick to work with me on timing and it all makes sense now. I will NEVER be back here!!!! Happy Holidays!!! read more

I love this spa. I had a massage here and can't say enough good things about my massage therapist. She knew exactly where my pain was and focused on those areas. The owners are always so welcoming and friendly. The spa is clean and beautiful. They also run the best specials!! read more

The people at the front desk are so welcoming. I have had massages by Morgan and Stephanie - they are excellent. From the wellness lounge to the rooms, the atmosphere is very quiet, comfortable, zen and very clean. I really do feel "far away." I love it so much that I signed up for monthly massage membership last fall. It is my monthly treat and I could not enjoy this place more! read more

I have had a few services done at Evexia and have enjoyed every one. I found the front desk workers to be very kind and helpful. I was greeted as soon as I arrived or as soon as they were available. Evexia is a gem in Clarkston. The prices are affordable when you compare them to other day spas in metro Detroit, although if you're looking for a super upscale experience, this likely isn't your place. That's not to say it's not nice, because it really is a clean facility. When waiting for your service after you've robed up, the ambiance is nice and calming. The services are always great, I've never had a bad massage here. The often run specials on their gift card around certain times of the year and you can book discounted services with new technicians if you're on their email list. read more

Very happy to have this place in CLARKSTON. We will be back for sure. My wife and I did a couples massage and foot soak ... and were very pleased. I got a 60 minute deep tissue massage with Kristy & it was amazing. She is so welcoming & listened to all of my concerns and told me she is there for whatever I need & that she can change anything in the room or with the massage to make it a better experience for me. Where to start. I spent an ah-mazing day with a friend at Evexia. I honestly forgot there was a world outside of there for a few hours!! We were greeted with smiles and pleasant staff throughout our whole visit. They had lockers, slippers and robes in their change room. Then we were taken to their wellness lounge which set the tone for the day. Facial was wonderful, basic but comforting, relaxing and just what my face needed. My skin looked and felt amazing after. Massage was intense but helped me relax and loosen up, exactly what I needed. Float pod was a new and exciting experience. Highly recommend!! Can't wait to return. read more

This place causes chemical burns on your face and then when you get one, they do nothing to help you.
