I could not be picky on who was busy or qualified, it was sure desperation. Soothe Your Soul has been here since we moved to the area (5 years ago) and been able to handle my wife, adults kids and myself. But, this was serious shit and I was in extreme pain. My visit in (same day) went smooth and was introduced to Alexis W, she was young, personable and listened to me or laughed at me while I cried. Either way, she knew how to get me and to work the areas and I am happy to report, I was able to walk away, slowly at first but so much better than before arriving. Thank you Soothe Your Soul and Alexis for accommodating me yesterday and doing some magic, much needed magic. I will be back.

I've gotten massages all over the world and get massages regularly once a month in San Francisco and can confidently say that Jae is the best masseuse I've ever worked with. His intuition is uncanny, he hit every spot without me saying a word, and even used cupping and a guasha tool to break up scar tissue and fascia around my traps, arms and neck. I had gone to another masseuse the day before him with no noticeable results and after I went to see Jae I gain mobility in my neck and feel so much better. He is an incredible healer and if you have a chance to go see him I 100% recommend. Also his office is beautiful, aesthetically pleasing, and puts you in a zen state as soon as you walk in.

I have quite a few problems from both trauma/surgery and overuse/strain due to sports, and she is able to take my long list of issues I'd like to address in that session, and she quickly puts together a plan of how to address everything in the time allotted. During sessions, she is attentive to problems that sometimes come up, like cramping, particular sensitivities, etc and you are always comfortable with her bolsters, blankets, etc when you need to change position. The facility was great with text reminders, receiving payment, etc and the owners are delightful and welcoming. Love the space they've created. I'll definitely be a regular and highly recommend them!

My daughter is 12, we had to have our appts one after the other because they don't have staff, I understand that. So I sat in my car for an hour. Then it was my turn so we switched and she sat in the car for my appt. I tried to have some sort of conversation with the nail tech but she wasn't interested in being friendly. The service she performed was mediocre. My feet are fairly soft with the exception of rough spots on the outside of my big toes. So one spot on each of my bit toes. The rough spots are stiff there, the "massage" never went higher than my ankle and felt more like a tickle rub vs a massage. I also was told by my mother in law that the appt was made for both mani and pedi but we were told we were done after the pedicures. I didn't set it up the appt so we just left. $90 for 2 mediocre pedicures and I still need to give my toes some attention. I assumed this place was amazing since it's in a beautiful historic building and has been in business for years.. but that's not the case. We will not ever be returning. There are many other spas and nail salons where they are happy to have you as a customer and actually do an amazing job for way less than what we spent here. Thankfully we had gift certificates or I would have been very upset at the services performed. I'm rating this place at a 2 because the building, massage chair and heated table you lay on were nice. The paint job was decent as well but there was no scrub, or anything. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, you'll get better service at Le Nails done the road.

When I arrived she said "You phone" and during massage she asked "You ok" and I told her she was hurting me. At the end she said "You done". That was the extent of her English. There was nothing relaxing about the entire massage. After 10 minutes I couldn't wait for the time to be up. Her music was not relaxing and I was given a towel to cover up with. The whole experience was awful. Do not go there!
