I really like the providers here so this is no reflection on them. I have enjoyed coming here in the past but I will not be going back. They called me to ask if I could come earlier for my appointment which I was already on the fence about. I asked if I could reschedule my appt for later next week as I am early in my pregnancy and have been very ill and was already worried about the smells, etc. she originally rescheduled for the following week and then called me back to tell me they would still be charging me for today as well as my appointment next week. I said go ahead and charge me and I will not be returning next week. Such a shame. read more

I had a lash lift & tint and eyebrow wax done by Katie as a new client. She is very thorough and professional, taking the time to properly prep each area and explain each step in the process. Her space is tranquil and calming. I am seriously amazed at the results of the lash lift & tint! No more mascara! I plan to ask my husband for a gift card for Christmas and will definitely be back. This service will be awesome for traveling and the busy holiday season as I can simplify my makeup routine. The salon itself is very tastefully done and the staff are welcoming and helpful. Great massage, no masks. Despite what the website says, staff doesn't wear masks. I don't say that they should or shouldn't but I believe that the website needs to be accurate so that people know what to expect, especially those for whom it is important. The rooms and the store are nice, very calming, the massage was wonderful, and the lotion made me happy all day long. The booking system isn't intuitive and doesn't allow easy add-ons. read more

I highly recommend checking out their classes, workshops, super cute boutique, float tanks, massage, etc. you could honestly try something new every week for a year. I treated myself to a day filled with pampering right before yet another birthday with the years just rolling right by! After getting a new hairdo I hurried to make my back to back appts at Soothe Your Soul... my massage with Brittney was amazing! I can't stand massages where the fingertips are featherlight in the guise of being "relaxing"... and I told Brittney this. She nailed it... perfect amount of pressure and she found each and every one of my trouble spots without me having to direct her!! I will be returning sooner rather than later. I followed the massage with my first ever facial which was also relaxing. But since it was pumpkin scented... I smelled like pumpkin pie all night long and still crave dessert! My face? Softer than it's been in years! If you are wavering with thoughts of "should I?" Or "maybe...". I wouldn't put it off if I were you... it could be the first appt you actually look forward to!! (Also when they found out I hadn't eaten since before my hair appt at 9...they even offered me a snack which I have to assume was from their own lunch... super nice people and an adorable little shop filled with perfect little Christmas gifts for anyone on your list!) read more

Soothe Your Soul is has great products, great services and great staff! Their gift section is full of local and unique gifts that provide lots of options for gift buying (or to spoil yourself!!) I also had a massage done by Jennifer DeFrayne this week and she was better than I imagined! She was very intentional about providing the best massage possible for me by asking questions and then asked a few times throughout the massage to be sure I was comfortable and relaxed without chatting throughout the hour. I was so pleased with my experience that I booked another massage 2 weeks later! This is a must stop shop!!! read more
