I am 50 years old, overweight, and about as flexible as a broomstick. I have had ZERO dance or gymnastics training in my life. I've never done the splits or even a pullup. My upper body strength is lacking. And sometimes I lack confidence in myself. In just a mere 3 months of Lyra classes, Aerial Dragonfly had me performing a wide variety of moves, poses, and flows in the Lyra, and they helped me develop so much conviction in my abilities, my body type, and my age. I became stronger and much more confident, and with the encouragement of my instructors and new friends, I participated in their spring Student Showcase. I was literally performing in front of a large, supportive crowd after THREE MONTHS of learning and practicing at the Aerial Dragonfly. It was amazing! I've *never* been in a community that was so instantly supportive, fun, encouraging, and gentle. I've spent time with 4-5 instructors and learned something new every time. I've made so many friends and I look forward to seeing them every week. We really support each other and enjoy each other...from all walks of life. You have nothing to lose. You can sign up for one class at a time. You'll be amazed at what you can accomplish, and the incredible community you can become part of. Your age, your experience, your body type-none of these things will hold you back if you just give them a try. You CAN fly!

I'm proud to support a woman owned business and a Veteran owned business. I've taken two lessons so far: Lyra (aerial hoop) and trapeze. Both of my lessons have been with Dari. She is one of the owners and she's amazing! Such a patient and kind teacher. I felt instantly welcomed in the space. Such a spacious and beautiful studio! There is a parking lot too. This studio offers a variety of modalities, including aerial hammock, aerial yoga, pole dancing, Lyra, trapeze, aerial silks and more. I plan on trying everything! Plenty of mats and things to stay safe. It's easy to book classes online through their website, and they offer packages too. These are private lessons, and the prices are very reasonable. It's amazing how much I get to try and learn in one hour! Such a gift to receive one on one training like this. Wow! Fantastic workout and so much fun. I'm really grateful I found this studio. I highly recommend coming here.

The space was decorated with cute quotes, plants, and motivational notes. Everyone had cubbies for their shoes and other belongings. Restrooms were available. We were all provided black yoga mats for the class. Puppy yoga was so much fun! The class was set up as half of the time dedicated to yoga and the other half dedicated to the pups. Emma, our instructor, was very friendly and lead us through various beginner friendly poses. The puppies for my class were chihuahua mixes. All of the puppies were adoptable. It felt nice knowing a part of the proceeds from my ticket went to the puppies!

Absolutely terrible experience with Sterling Gymnastics. I signed my daughter up mid-month and paid…read morefor the remainder of June, which included two makeup credits. The day of her second class, they called asking for July payment, which I paid right away. Only after taking my money did they inform me (eight hours later) that her class time would be changing the next week. The new time didn't work for us, and the only alternatives were on completely different days. When I asked for options, the so-called manager called back and gave me two days to use the makeup classes or lose them. Two days, for classes I already paid for. When I asked for a little grace since I had just found out about the change, she refused and condescendingly reminded me that she "didn't have to" refund me for July, a payment I had made less than 24 hours earlier before being told about the schedule change. Meanwhile, my husband took our daughter to class the same day we were told about the change, and no one said a word to him in person. I paid $250 for two classes, got zero flexibility, and was made to feel like I should be grateful for a partial refund they never should have taken in the first place. They clearly care more about squeezing every dollar out of parents than providing good communication or customer service. Completely unprofessional and borderline scammy. Beware. IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNERS RESPONSE: Your response is a perfect example of the problem. You claim to "do your best," but the facts tell a different story. You asked for payment before disclosing a major schedule change, then gave us just two days to use makeup tokens for classes we had already paid for, all while refusing any flexibility when I requested a simple extension. Offering a refund after collecting money under false pretenses is not a favor, it is damage control. You also did not offer to save the makeup tokens for future use. I specifically asked for that and was told no. And no one mentioned a word to my husband in person during the next class, which shows how poorly communication is handled across your team. Parents deserve transparency and respect, not excuses after the fact. I paid $250 for two classes, received no real options, and was treated like I should be grateful just to not lose more money. This experience was not just disappointing, it felt exploitative.

I was shocked out how quiet it was for a Friday afternoon in the summer. We aren't residents of FH, so paid $40 for the three of us. The staff when signing up was super helpful and informative. There are lockers as you head towards the pool, to leave your belongs. Only downside was you need to bring your own lock, so we couldn't use one. Once entering the pool area, there's quite a bit of seats along there walls, so we found a couple chairs to place our belongings. There were plenty of lifeguards the whole time we were there and they let you know if you were breaking a rule (sitting/ swimming) in the entrance/ walk path into the pool. There is one main slide, a 2 lane lap, lazy river-not sure if you can bring a tube (but probably not safe or big enough to have one), a rock wall and rope (which we noticed kids wearing a green bracelet in order to use the last two things). Only thing I noticed would be helpful is when the staff (for the slide) goes on break, another staff should take over. The staff was on break for about 30 min, but figured since there were so many other lifeguards, one could've easily provided coverage.
